Roger ******** who came and checked my gas lines for leaks was great. He went the extra mile to redo the connections to my gas water heater where the previous installer used flex line (kinda a no-no). Very professional and helpful. I recently received a service call from ARS to reconnect my toilet after having new tile put in A Joseph Henry responded. This was a young man who I could tell he appreciated working with the public. His service was quick and after discovering we were missing a part from the disconnection of the toilet. Joseph managed to figure out way to connect the toilet but I found the part so he properly reconnected it. During his visit he was well mannered and very friendly. He was very prompt and seemed to enjoyed his work and was willing to do what he had to provide the upmost top service I hope his supervisor sees this and gives him a raise I will be looking forward to doing business with ARS in the future Joseph H. 04/07/16 |

Dustin was very knowable and did a great job. When he completed job all plumbing adding heater was level and not in any binds. His completed project is a good reflection the type of person he is. The one thing I wish the company could do is develop or purchase something that could help your employees lift the hot waters heaters easer so that they don't risk a back injury.
