Richard P. and Warren P. installed a water heater and new gas duct work. I was very pleased with their knowledge and professionalism. I will use ARS again. I was a bit frustrated with the schedulers. I called at 8:30 in the morning. Stated I'd hear from someone at noon. Called back at 1:00 after not hearing from anyone ,they had no record of my call. When they called back to say someone was on the way they ask me was it a clogged drain after I told them twice I had a leaking gas waterheater. Richard P. 06/16/16 |

We had to have our 5 Ton Unit replaced over Memorial Day Weekend. Matt and Josh showed up about 12 hours after we made our purchase at Home Depot and swapped out the entire system within about 8 hours. They returned the next day to add a vent in our Bonus Room. We could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism of the Installers. Another Team came to seal and clean all of our Ducts. No Leaks anymore anywhere and the air flow throughout the House is perfect. I would highly suggest ARS to anyone in need of Heating and Cooling service and installation. The toilet in my master bath quit working. Since I had purchased one for my guest bath and had it installed by ars just a few months ago and service was excellent, i purchased another one with install by ars. Joe C came this morning to install. After checking, he told me the new one would leave gaps on my tile. So he offered to repair mine. He went to purchase part needed and ALSO returned the new toilet for me. He was so helpful and courteous, it was a delight to have him assist me. I saved a bit of money and the service was superb. My water heater flooded my basement and within the same day Warren came out and got us up and running again. The amazing part was that he did it all in a terrible rain storm. Soaking wet he had to trudge up and down a muddy hill all afternoon to get the job done. Most would just reschedule. They were quick and curtious. Thanks for going above and beyond. We had a new hot water heater and a new heating/ac unit installed by ARS in the past two months. The service was prompt, professional, appropriately priced and courteous. The two installers, Matt P. and Kevin J. did an excellent job, taking care to keep our home clean and keep me informed re: progress, etc. In other words, everything positive a customer could ask for from start to finish. I wanted to thank ARS for providing me with an excellent customer experience. My sales guy Markley Gordon was very knowledgeable and up front about everything. He took the time to explain what was going on with my old system. Then he told me how they were going to get everything done within 48 hours. I was shocked! Their team was out the next day! My tech team Joshua Walton (no relation to our Josh Walton), Johnny Walker, Jordon Cooper (Levi) and Mikel Fields all were very personable, professional and FAST! Joshua Walton and Johnny Walker replaced our old unit and installed a new one on Wednesday, June 1. They were nothing but polite and professional from beginning to end. They were undoubtedly miserable and uncomfortable because they spent the day in the attic where it was stifling. We really appreciate their professionalism and the great work they did. I wanted a particular water heater from Home Depot, and he promptly picked it up and installed it at my home and hauled away the old one. Joe and J'son Henry were super! They were right on time, careful about keeping our house clean, knowledgeable about plumbing and installing our new toilet, and extremely polite! They supplied substitute parts that worked better than the ones which came with the new toilet, they explained every step, and they got my approval for everything they did. I enjoyed every minute of their stay, and I will certainly ask for them again if we need any more plumbing or air conditioning work. ARS should be proud to have such fine young men working for them! We had our upstairs HVAC unit replaced by ARS contracted through Home Depot. Keith and Zach of ARS were very considerate of our home, called before hand and arrived in a timely manner. They were professional and worked continuously until our new system was installed. They removed the old unit from the attic through a very tight small opening to the attic like it was a piece of cake! Before leaving they cleaned up (they placed paper over all flooring from the attic entrance to the front door) and went over all the info regarding the new system. We are very pleased with our new unit. It cools our upstairs so much cooler and faster than our previous unit. It also operates much quieter. A representative came out one day to discuss our options and the next day early afternoon our unit was completely installed/operating. The unit had the upstairs cooled comfortably in an unbelievably short time! The price was comparable to other companies.
