The Joshua Walton, Amir Cizmic, Kevin Jones, and Mark Sutter team made excellent time with my install. They made it fun, and I EVEN learned a few things!! I did not see anyone fidgeting with their phones. It was straight up respectable young men on this team. I would recommend this team and the product to anyone!! I had a completely positive experience with ARS and every person I came in contact with. Starting with Tonya who originally took my call, Fritz B*** who took extra time to explain my options and then took a 9:00 pm call from me to set up next day installation on a split unit HVAC. The 2 installers, Kevin J**** and Dillion H*****, were extremely knowledgeable and professional and even managed to completed the second half of the work an not wake 2 sleeping toddlers. Keith W. and Brandon J. With ARS Rescue Rooter of Nashville inst***ed a heat pump in my house today. They showed up early as planned. Inst***ed protective floor covering in the work area. Cleaned up during the inst***ation process. The two men were extremely professional and represented the company well. I had new Rheem AC/ heating units installed by Kevin J. and Dillon H. The guys worked efficiently and were very skilled at their craft. They were very polite and careful to protect the floors and clean up the mess at the end of the day. I would highly recommend them both.
I have also had some work done to my furnace by JB from install and JB ,Matt P and Dillon H. cleaned the drain pipe and elevated our new unit to help with better drainage to the outside of my home. ARS Nashville is my go to whenever I need something done around the house. If they don't do it they will put you in touch with someone who can. John B*****, a plumber with ARS, installed my new water heater today, He was prompt, professional and gave me a few tips to help my water heater last longer after the installation.
