I had a stopped up toilet and called on Saturday morning and they told me it would be after 2 before someone could get to me so I ran an errand just next door to my house(was gone like 10 minutes) and had left my phone while I was gone. When I got back at 12:57 ***** had called and left a message that if he did not receive a call back he would have to move on to the next person. I called him back as soon I returned and he got an attitude because I told him I was told it would b after 2. Well he sent ******* out an I was told a 69.00 diagnosis fee and he took like 2 minutes ran a snake down it and it ended up costing me 215.00. Needless to say ******* wasn't a very nice fellow either. I would b very aware of these people and their practices!!! Chris C. 01/21/17 |

Even though we are renovating two houses and I wasn't concerned with cleanliness, these guys were respectful of my floors by wearing booties. They were also super efficient even though it was raining cats and dogs! The work went fast, and now I have two brand new HVAC units after 15 years of difficulty with the old ones. I couldn't be more pleased, and the price, considering that I had two units installed, was more than fair. I'll be calling them again when I need plumbing done! These guys did a great job, paid special attentions to some special needs we had concerning the new furnace and HVAC, and answered all our questions. Very nice gentlemen did the install. ARS gave me a phenomenal deal to replace my HVAC system. Zack and Kenton were the installers. They showed up on time, treated our property with the utmost care and kept me informed of their progress throughout the process. Unfortunately, the return duct work needed to be completely rebuilt to accommodate the new system. They successfully completed the job 11 hours later. While it took longer than we had hoped, Zack and Kenton took the time to do it right, at no additional cost to us. Very Knowledgeable and extremely professional. Been having issues over the last few days trying to get a 4 month old heat pump system to heat an area in my house numerous techs over a period of a few days addressed the issue without success. ** ***** was able to trouble shoot the system and identify the issue. Now my Heating system is working. He explained everything he did and how the system should work to my wife and I. ARS Rescue Rooter is an outstanding company. These guys were great. Extensive project moving 26 year old split heat pump to new dual fuel package unit outside and repairing /removing air handler and relocating intake to hall ceiling from wall floor. Prompt and on time over the several days it took. Drywall guy did an amazing job with patching. ******, ******, ***** were all professional and if I had name of Drywall guy he should also be commended. He and his partner arrived at the appointed time (with a phone call ahead of time), surveyed the working spaces/areas, and immediately began to rid us of our old equipment. With minimal noise and invasion into my daily life they were able to install a whole new furnace and compressor within an 8 hour period. They even taped up my duct work for energy efficiency.
