A J did a great job - he helped us get the warranty with Rheem on on system correct - ARS installed our system about 18 months ago - we have you your company for several years- we moved to this house in June of 2016. AJ explained and gave is information on the annual service system and we signed up.
We want to request AJ for our future HVAC services. He is sharpe and we appreciate great service. We also had ARS install a "zone" system for our home about 3 months ago. Thanks AJ for a great job!

Jeffrey was a great representative of the company and certainly appeared to know what he was doing. I watched him as he put in a new toilet for me and asked him to explain what he was doing and he kindly obliged. In November 2015 we had an amazing experience with this company. Signed the contract in the afternoon one day to replace 3 units. The next day an army of men, literally, at 8 am. By 2 pm were cool. These guys were professional and all business, didn't even know they were here working. I'm late in posting this as you can tell but still can be said that this is a top notch company. Fritz and the installers at ARS in Nashville were great with the recent first time installation of central air and heat in my 91 year old mother's home where she has live for 70 years. So ARS rescue rooter saved the day. After being told it would be Monday before the company who installed the hot water heater could come fix the issue ARS showed up 1 hour after I called, and replaced the hot water heater that was installed. They showed up promptly to start the work and completed it all in one day, yes, one day, a complete system. Awesome service the entire way through! John came out and met with me and was my second quote. I immediately like him, felt comfortable and he reviewed way more in detail then the firs company. Justin and Josh installed and they were fantastic! Friendly and really walked me through everything. You would never know anyone was here, my house was left cleaner than before. I recently had ARS of Nashville install a new HVAC unit. I initially contacte them through the Home Depot on Thompson Ln in Nashville. They ultimately installed a Rheem HVAC system. It was a 3 ton unit, 14 SEER AC, 80% efficient gas attic furnace. This included a 10 year parts warranty, 10 year compressor warranty, and 20 year heat exchanger warranty as well as 1 year labor warranty. The total cost for equipment plus installation was $5,784. Kevin J and Kenton D were my installers. They installed the unit very quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous the whole time they were in the house. I would highly recommend ARS based on my experience. I would still get at least one more quote because I did get the feeling they change their pricing based on how busy they are.
