Excellent work, from consultation to installation. Fast, friendly, and clean! Great job guys. Jordan Neely and Chris McCreless were very nice and showed me how to use the thermostat and took their time to answer all my questions.

Today, our new heating/air conditioning unit was installed. The installers, Chris McCreless and Jordan Neely, were extremely professional and thorough. They took their time with the installation, everything was visually perfect and they were patient with their explanations, It was obvious that they would give all the time needed, for us to be comfortable. I am VERY pleased that we went with ARS in Nashville and I look forward to working with this company (and Home Depot) for many years to come. *Chad, our salesman, did a great job as well. Actually, it was never my intent to buy from these two agencies, but he won us over and helped us feel very comfortable with our decision. We are pleased!

John McClain, Service Specialist, did an outstanding job today in assisting with the installation of a 2 ton Rheem package unit at my home in near 90's temps. He was cheerful as he removed the tree stump for the additional area required for the new unit. He was professional with his duties on the job. Pleasant and confident as was his partner. Together, this team was OUTSTANDING! ARS has earned my respect!

This week my system was serviced by Donnie Lynch and I could not be more satisfied, He was very professional and courteous and even found some air leakage on the furnace and repaired that at no extra charge. I believe that he provides ARS Recue Rooter a very positive field presence in the face of the public.

Ben Henderson was really more than what I expected and exactly what I needed. He is the person I m giving 5 stars to; ARS is LUCKY to have him. He was able to confirm my suspicions; my install was rushed and leaking freon. He cleared his schedule, checked every possible pipe, hose, and connector, found the problem and then just to be safe, welded everything again. It took some time to get it done and I honestly can say it was worth every second. It s like he went back in time and gave me the perfect install. I have full faith in his abilities, his disposition, and expericence. Great Job and thank you very, very much Ben.

As usual, the woman who calls to invite me to take advantage of the special low price of a tune up, is so cheerful that you can feel the smile in her voice. She must be such fun to work with! We set up my service appointment for Monday between 1-5. She called me that day around 11 to let me know a technician was finishing up earlier than expected in my area and did I want him to come on instead of waiting for the afternoon. He did, and he called as he was in my complex...very prompt. He answered several questions I had before he went to work...he had the unit running more efficiently before he left, and even sealed the areas on the furnace where hot air was escaping and heating up the furnace room. He made a trip into the attic to check out a vent that was putting out cooler air than usual, and he changed the filter for me. He discussed the maintenance plan with me and he was very knowledgeable in the workings of the heat system and the maintenance agreement. His name is Harrison Biles, and I was very satisfied with the service call.

Jeffrey was over the top with his plumbing inspection.I am now aware what was original to our home in 2001, what had been updated, and what to watch out for. For example, my gas hot water tank is original and has exceeded it's normal lifetime expectancy, and washer hoses have a five year life. Cheers, Charlie Monks, Franklin, TN

Harrison very knowledgeable and friendly. He was courteous and professional in his dealings. I would be glad to have him return if needed. Wanted to thank him and Melissa for accomadating our requrest about a block of two hours not to come by. They came after the 1 to 3 pm time frame we requested to not come if possible. They did this. Thanks to both. And finally, I liked him because we are both Texas Longhorn fans!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH ARS!!! The lady on the phone when I called couldn't have been any nicer! She was personal and concerned about my problem. Doug K. was my service guy! Very polite, professional and considerate of our home. I will use ARS again, in fact I bought a service plan with them! They even have someone that works on well pumps and I've been trying to find someone for 6 months! They do it all and with a smile too! I highly recommend ARS to everyone looking for plumbing services!!

Fred came on time, was polite and very professional looking. He stated what he was there for and asked if I had concerns or questions about my units. Fred inspected everything, told me how well the units were installed and started his tests. He explained what the tests were and how my units were running. He offered to save me money by buying the next service/warrentee check for spring time. He offered me an whole house surge protectors or unit surge protectors. My husband and I had already discussed this and declined. Fred did explain what they were and did but was not pushy. When Fred did leave the areas he worked in were the same as before he showed up. I will request him in the future.

ARS s technician, Jeffrey, did an excellent job repairing an outside water leak at the main connection while daylight was rapidly disappearing. He started after 6:00 and finished at 8:30. My wife called around 2:00 (the 800 number) for service, and when ARS called back, she was informed that we would be charged a higher rate due to the time of day that ARS could come out. The 800 number was found on the ARS website, since ARS is not listed in our local phonebook. A local phone number would have put her through directly to the Nashville office, instead of ARS Nashville waiting for the 800 number to reach them hours later. We live in a suburb of Nashville.
