Armando Salgado was sent by ARS to check a leak in my "NEW" air conditioning system that ARS installed this last July 3013. The reason Armando was sent was because Luis Flores; an other, great tech, was at my home on Monday to check the furnance. He checked the outside A/C unit as part of his system check up, and found an oil leak in a line outside. Luis reported that leak and Armando came out this morning. Armando repaired the leak. BUT, listening to the fan motor on the outside A/C unit found that the bearings were bad. ALSO, he found that the breaker box needed to be replaced. So he replaced the fan and installed a new break box for the A/C unit. All this on a call to fix a leak. He could have just reported the fan motor and the breaker box to his supervisor and left. But he stayed and completed the job to make sure it was done correctly. Thank you Armando. Armando S. 03/12/14 |

The technician that handled my service request was Joshua Redding. He was excellent. He showed up on time, was well groomed, very customer oriented. I liked that he was able to quickly asses the problem, explain to me what the proble was, and what he would be doing to resolve problem. Mr. Redding finished the work in an efficient and professional manner - even ensuring that his work area was left the way he found it! My experience with ARS was great. I called about 5:30 pm and talked to Dustin about my A/C problem. After giving all my information, I was told someone would be out tonight. Everywhere else I tried said it would be one to two days. I am disabled and need to have my A/C. So this was great news to hear. Keith (my A/C tech) called me and told me he would be at my house in about 45 minutes. Keith showed up at around 10:40 pm. He was awesome from the start. I’m sure that he had been working all day and was tired and ready for the day to be over. But neither my wife nor I could tell. Keith was very upbeat and made us feel like he was on his first call of the day. His customer service skills were excellent. It was a joy to have him working on our A/C unit. Keith found the problem very quick and had our A/C running again in about 40 minutes. ARS really got a winner when they hired Keith. Keith represents ARS very well. You should be very proud to have him on your team. My wife and I would like to thank ARS and Keith for getting to our call the same day, even though it was very late in the day when I called. In ARS I’ve found a company that I trust and will be doing business with for a long time. I would highly recommend ARS to anyone who has A/C, heating, plumbing or sewer/drainage problems. I would also highly recommend Keith to do your A/C work for you. Thank you again ARS and keep up the great work.

I was very happy that ARS was able to send a repairman after hours to look at my A/C problem. Technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. Keith had my A/C back up and running in less than 30 minutes. The only complaint I have is that the person that took my call indicated that I was eligible for a senior and veteran discount neither of which show that I received on the invoice. Justin P. was very detailed in explaining all my options for insulation/radiant barrier for my home. He stayed within my budget and gave me the best service possible. Not only was he prompt for appointment, but very professional and considerate. That type of service extended to the installers who also displayed those same qualities and showed up when they were supposed to, which is rare for many service companies these days. Al R. from ARS has been coming to our house to check on our heater and air conditioner units for several years now. He does a thorough job and is honest about everything he has to tell us about our units. He never tries to sell us anything that isn t necessary but gives us true recommendations on what we do need. I will always ask for Al to come if possible because I have had other techs come and they have tried to rip us off on things we really didn t need done. Thanks Al for being so good to us!
