I called ARS to come out and look at my leaking bathtub faucet and they arrived when expected. The service technician was Dan F. on truck #165 and he did a wonderful job explaining the problem to me and the possible solutions. We always request ARS when we call American Home Shield. ARS has always given us great service no matter what repair was required. The technicians are always friendly and knowlegable. Domingo was no exception. He fixed the problem I knew we had with our toilet and replaced a part that I didn't even know was bad. I will continue to use ARS for home repairs whenever possible. These guys were FANTASTIC! Bobby #196 was very helpful, polite, respectful and got the job done quickly and efficiently. he even befriended my dog and took the time to explain what he was doing and what exactly the problem was. If i have another plumbing problem I will be sure to request him. He also called to have a "jetter"truck come out for me. I want to thank ARS for doing a great job solving my plumbing problem and quickly repairing my water leak. They were fast, efficient and charged me a fair price. Dan F was very professional and explained the problem and the solution before starting the work. He made a recommendation about a new water softener that we are considering. I have used ARS in the past and will use them again.

I called ARS Rescue Rooter on Saturday morning for an electrical problem at home. Perry rang my doorbell less than 45 minutes later. Talk about prompt service! The long and short of it is that my service panel needed to be replaced. I already knew this from internet searches and tha the Federal Pacific panels are unsafe. Perry C. quickly diagnosed the immediate problem and got my lights working until he could return with all the parts to make the switch. Within a few hours, the panel had been replaced and my electrical service had been brought up to code. Perry C. is very knowledgable, professional and friendly. He is thorough and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. He even left his personal cell phone number with me, just in case there were any unforseen problems. There were none. Outstanding work! I will definately use again. I have already referred others to ARS Rescue Rooter. Their charges are fair, and there is no additional charge for night, weekend, or holiday work. I have had fast service from ARS when I call for help for my plumbing and electrical problems. I also can't say enough about Domingo for his expertise for the plumbing problem. He was very professional and personable. I can also say the same about Chris who came quickly when I had an emergency electric problem. Thank you for letting me know the Buzz Box review did not go thru, and allowing me another opportunity to pay homage to
ARS plumber Ardyl P. As a client of AHS (american home shield), I always request only ARS for any plumbing issues here. When Ardyl
arrived (on time) he walked in with a great attitude, asked pertinent questions, and listened. He worked diligently, quickly, diagnosed, fixed,
and recommended ways to maintain that area smartly. He also took the time to call the ARS office and start the process for the next step of having AHS arrange for a dry wall specialist to come in within a week to close the hole in the ceiling. He then asked for a broom to sweep up the crumbles of drywall from the floor. He kept me informed all along the way of what he was doing, and his positive energy along with his no-nonsense competency left me feeling so very smart and confident once again that I made the exact right choice for ARS to help mein maintaining my home. And, one of the last yet very powerful gifts Ardyl brought and left behind was the joy of a good sense of humor. Many thanks, ARS and Ardyl. From the first minute the service man arrived, it was only minutes that he had J. Singletary here showing me first hand via camera what my problem was. Then in a mater of an hour John Wayne and his crew arrived and the scene was spectacular. The had a portion of mydeck removed and the old sewer pipe uncovered in a flash. Next the new pipe was installed and a blink (seriously it only toke a few hours), the work was completed and the deck restored. It was amazing how unless you really knew there was a major repair done you could not hardly tell. CONGRATS to ARS and there entire team of professionals. The plumber team as very good in diagnosing the problem based on my observations before their arrival and providing a thorough explanation of the work and the costs of that work when they knew the full extent of the repair necessary. My technicians were awesome especially given the cold temp and rain. They explained in detail the repair and materials they would use. Josh did an amazing job. He not only fixed my leaking connections but then went on and fixed a couple of other things he saw at no charge. ARS always provides excellent care and quality in their services. We purchased a new air conditioner about two years ago and they installed it the same day without any issues or errors. The most recent visit was done by technician AL R. He came in for a routine checkup as we have the preventative maintenance plan. He did a complete evaluation checking over every piece of the HVAC equipment giving details on not only on the system but the attic and electrical environment as well. Jasand G came out to do my winter service check on my furnace. He was very professional and thorough in the check. He even took video of the build up on my coils so that I did not have to go up into the attic to look at the problem. Will be following his recommendation after Christmas.
