We received extremely professional service from your HVAC Technician, Brian Jinkins, on January 6, 2015. My husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge of the services provided by ARS and his willingness/patience to explain all the information to us in great detail. He took the time to explain our finance options and helped us to make an informative decison about our service needs, from A to Z. ARS consistently has the best technicians we've had in Houston. Their ability to keep appointment times is terrible, as morning appointments turn into the tech coming at 4PM. We canceled using them a few years ago due to the booking issue, but came back due to their technicians. However, their technicians are very honest, kind, and do excellent work. Wonderful technicians. Al R has been at our house multiple times and does quality work, along with the other techs. The scheduling is horrible. This is at least the fourth time in the past few years that a morning appointment didn't get addressed until after 4PM. No notification to me about the delays, and I called multiple times throughout the day and a tech was "2 hours away". The only phone calls I received was when the techs were 45 min out at 3PM and 4:15. Please work to match your scheduling with the excellent technicians. 01/16/15 |

As a person, professional, and experienced technician who is thoroughly skilled and trained; Mr. AL R. is an ambassador whom ARS Rescue Rooter and their clients can rest assure that when this technician arrives, the job will be performed in a timely and professional manner. He takes the time to listen to the client's concerns as well as educate the client about their home HVAC system and how it works.

Jose P. was awesome. He showed up on time, was courteous, explained everything to me in a respectful way, and made suggestions that were truly best for my family and me without being pushy. Jose went above and beyond with inspecting my heaters and sharing material on what I can do to help keep the air clean for my 13 month old son that has a lot of problems with allergies. I received a convenience time arrival call prior to the technician arriving. Henry was thorough, professional, and personable. We reviewed his recommendations which I am now pondering. I don't generally write reviews but feel like I needed to on this occasion. My service pro Daniel Moore was able to get an issue I was having with my alarm company resolved. ARS had come previously and told me that my thermostat needed to be replaced. I relayed this information to my alarm company who did a diagnostic on the phone and declared that the problem was not the thermostat. I had to call ARS back and they sent Daniel who confirmed that it was indeed the thermostat that was faulty. I had Daniel call the alarm company and he was able to walk them through the process as an HVAC expert. After he was done with the alarm company they made an appointment to come and replace my thermostat. Daniel was extremely professional and helpful through out the whole ordeal. This was an unbelievable experience as Dan came in with his colleague and immediately went to work and fix the problems I needed fixing. One of the great ironies is "You don't know what you Don't know". Dan asked to look at the water heater which was installed by ARS very satisfactorily in 2003 and we both saw to our amazement on how corrosive the pipes had gotten over the years and Dan immediately offered to stay and fix them for me at a reasonable rate. Had we not found and fixed the problem I would have had a major flood in the house in the next year costing me thousands. I know it is cliche but but ARS and Dan really did save my day. P.S. As a side note when Dan arrived I was laid up after having a tumor removed from my middle ear last Friday and these guys were so professional after 4 days from surgery I could not have been more pleased. I used ARS for my plumbing repair recently and was very satisfied with their work. Then I needed work done on my AC/Heating Duct work so I called them back. Henry showed up and gave me estimates for the job and on the day of the work, he arrived early and did the work in about 15 or 20 minutes. Really fast to replace duct work in my attic. Now I have a strong air flow from my bedroom ceiling vent and can get heat in the winter and cool in the summer. Henry was professional, polite and nice. Avdyl and his assistant were a pleasure to have complete my plumbing issues. They were prompt, professional, pleasant and proficient in repairing the plumbing in my home. Jaime was able to do what the four other techs before him could not. He found the problem and solved it. He listened and did not dismiss my concerns. Jaime gets 5 stars from me however because the other tech who were sent out didn't so as well as he did, ARS gets a 3 star rating.
