I used ARS Rescue Rooter for several repairs in the past 2 months as part of home inspection repairs I had to get done to sell my home. I'm really surprised by the negative reviews. I worked with 4 technicians from ARS and all of them did a great job and had great customer service. Lawrence, Perry, Don, and Armando all did a great job. Armando S. was the last technician to come by and spent time reviewing and inspecting my A/C system for readiness and did an outstanding job of listening and working with me to understand the system and determine any issues. It was my last repair to do to close on my home and I just needed fast, professional service, which I go. I highly recommend ARS to anyone who needs diagnostics or repairs done quickly and professionally. I hate having to do repairs, but I needed help in a pinch and ARS took great care of me. Max did a very professional job of conducting the annual inspections of my furnaces (I have 2 of them.). He was on time, very courteous and helpful. He noted that I needed to change the filter on the 1st level (I have a dog.) and gave my units a "clean bill of health" after I installed the new filter. He also provided me with written recommendations to consider, which I appreciated. I would enjoy having Max as my forever furnace technician. Jose P. #500 from the HVAC team at ARS provided me with exceptional service when he was called out to service my heater. He was very knowledgeable about my system, he took the necessary time to answer my questions, and provided me with a detailed list of improvements that I could implement to maximize the efficiency of my air conditioning system. He was meticulous in checking every component of my system and made the necessary alterations to ensure that my system was ready for the winter. We have used ARS for close to 20 years. We count on you for everything! Your service men have always come and solved our problems. You all are expensive, but we know we can count on you. Our favorite serviceman is Jerry K. He has fixed our ice maker problems, washing machine issues, and whatever many, many times. The technician who came to my home to repair a rather serious plumbing issue was such a nice young man. He not only had excellent customer service skills and extensive knowledge on how to fix my plumbing issues, he was truly good-hearted and kind. ARS has the ulitmate in professional personnel. Josh R. ARS was very polite about answering my calls and scheduling today. A mutual agreeable appointment was scheduled with ARS Rescue Rooter as soon as we contacted them by phone. The service specialist, Mr. Domingo Lopez was on time and provided us with clear explanation of what the problem was and what needed to be done. A subsequent appointment was scheduled to complete the job. Again Mr. Domingo Lopez was on time and completed the job in the most proffessional matter. I have American Home Shield. They referred me to ARS when another plumbing company could not, or perhaps would not, accomodate my schedule. I called American Home Shield this Saturday morning, and a couple of hours later ARS contacted me to schedule an appt for later this morning. Domingo arrived to fix my garbage disposal and clogged drain. He was friendly, professional, and had the job done in about 15 minutes. Yes, I would highly recommend this company. They are in the customer service business, and are happy to accomodate you in a timely manner. I was happy with this company from the start. The lady who called to schedule an appt. and the plumber who arrived to complete the job, were both friendly, and professional, and I felt they cared that they satisfied the customer. This individual came to the house and remembered he had been here before. Courteous and efficient, he conducted his inspection of our heating system. He alerted us to possible problems we could have this winter. We were not surprised; the unit is going on 17 years. He recommended we consider replacing the entire unit and we listened. He made his pitch and gave us a more than fair price, checking with his boss to insure that they would back him. They did. Dan and his helper Jordan were prompt and courteous and very knowledgeable. I have used ARS for our water heaters many years and also for other plumbing and appliance repairs.The costs and parts are always explained and also Dan did a courtesy check of the rest of the house plumbing. i have recommended ARS many time to friends or neighbors needing a repair. I do think less expensive service may be available in some cases but I appreciate and am happy to pay a little more for the timeliness and expertise and peace of mind that the job has been done well.
