Kevin D.and Terry both came to my house on 11-11-14 to give my heater a check-up. Both were very nice, respectful, and thorough in the inspection. They offered up a couple of suggestions for me, as well as replacing a component that is important for the blower start-up.

had a complete stoppage in my home and warranty company sent out a plumber that tried to solve the problem but was unable to do so. my problen was reassigned to rescue rooter to eduardo garza. he was in my home within 90 minnutes. very neat and clean individual with a neat and clean helper. he listened to my problen and immediately got to work with a camera and tools. within minutes he located my problem and had it cleared. excellent customer service and an asset to his company.

Jerry K is the king or ARS!!! He is friendly, honest, smart, and knows what he is doing. He shows up with parts on his truck!!!! With all of the experiences I, as well as most everyone I'm sure, has had with service technicians, especially on the weekends, Jerry is a ray of light in the darkness! I know it sounds dramatic but the contrast between him and almost every other technician who's been here for anything is that dramatic! If you want smooth sailing and peace of mind, request Jerry for your appliance repair. He can actually, most of the time, do the whole thing in one visit! Yes, I did say one visit!!!!!!!

I was very pleased with the technician (Jose) that came out to my house. He was patience and explained each step as he inspected my a/c unit, inside and out. He told me about the specs and why that number is used as a guiding spot. He also checked the attic and told me why I needed more insulation. Jose was very knowledgeable about his job and helped me to understand what was needed and why.

Based on our experience with Jerry (237) from a previous repair on our Maytag dryer, we requested help from Jerry for a problem with our Maytag washer. He arrived on time, detected the reason for our problem, replaced the parts and explained what had happened very clearly. We were very pleased with everything.

I've always received great service from ARS and this time was no exception. Matt (#341) did a fantastic job troubleshooting our AC leak, which ended up being a plumbing issue, and then getting all of our duct work connected back up after the issue was resolved. I highly recommend ARS and if you are having an AC issue, ask for Matt!

While Perry C. is somewhat taciturn (a quality I like) he was efficient, courteous, and had a nice smile with his "thank you for the business" on leaving. When I need ARS to do electrical work again, he will be the electrician I will ask for. Oh, yes one other point: he was well groomed---something that has not always been true with other workmen that have come to our house.
