It is not very often, when there is a forced home repair that you end up happy about the money spent. That is what happened when my hot water heater developed a leak. Lee was very nice. He introduced himself and started explaining what he would be checking. He was personable and pleasant and very neat. He checked my a/c unit, the furnace and the room temp of all my rooms to verify the equipment was working properly. Dan came out with his helper to look at a really bad leak at our older home. had it fixed in about an hour and even though the price was a lot, its great that we don't have a pool in front of our house. was very quick and even fixed the tub which got stopped up from all the rust after turning the water back on. great guys. We had insulation blown into the attic. Justin P. was friendly and very knowledgeable. Insulation work was complete in a few hours on the same day by Cory and his crew. Don Babin and Aaron did an excellent job in installing our 2 Rheem hot water heaters. They caused no damage to our furniture, spilled no water from the heater, did not roll their dollys outside and covered the wheels with new duct tape inside the house. In addition, they wore shoe booties.
The heater work looks professional and the area was left spotless and most important of all, both heaters are working well.

Had a hot water heater problem. Called ARS Service Express and they hooked me up with one of God's angels named Oscar. He was quick, thorough, and since it was an after hours call, very quiet. As always, was very pleased with ARS. The tech, Al R. - HVAC Expert was right on time for the maintenance appointment. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, explained everything to me in layman's terms, took care of all the maintenance issues in a timely manner, gave me a few suggestions to improve my heating systems and even completed a few additional maintenance items I needed done to my systems. Had ARS come out for the 2nd time in a month for the same issue. This time after clearing the sewer blockage Eduardo identified what was causing the issue and explained how to fix it. I was very happy with Eduardo G.'s professional manners and the way he and his partner were very soft spoken and made me feel they knew what they were doing. They took their time to check out all possible problems before having to call for backup. I felt they were here to just do a quick fix and leave and did what they thought would help to see if that would solve my problem. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness and his honest opinion as to what should help resolve the issue. Hopefully he has solved the problem, cause everything was flushing, draining and flowing better then the last time whoever was sent out. (that man didn't seem to really know what he was doing and it took him two days to do a quick fix) Should I have to call again I will want Eduardo G. and his assistant to come back. Oscar arrived on time as promised, immediately identified himself and explained the initial information on how the call out worked. He immediately went to the worksite (bathroom) did his initial assessment and determined how to take action. He made an honest attempt but discovered there was no resolution without further major cost.
Once Oscar determined the toilet required replacement he gave a fair and accurate quotation. His self presentation (uniform) was very neat and professional. He was courteous and was quiet knowing there were others already asleep, the sign of a real professional.
I greatly appreciate his efforts, honesty and knowledge and leaving me with a peace of mind on what I have to do next.

I cannot tell you how pleased we were with not just the service but how dedicated they were to find out our problem with the toilet not flushing. These men and helper Julio were beyond our expectations. This is what TRUE service is all about! They worked as a Team to locate and resolve all issues and now I have a working toilet. These men explained every detail and made me feel they were so trustworthy and helpful. Keep up the good work sending out well qualified men as these.
