Bruce knows his stuff! He serviced our unit and examined the air handler. He told me I ll bet its the core It was. The sniffer backed up his statement. He seems professional and is friendly and courteous.In my opinion he is a deffinite asset to your company.

Roberto has been to my house on several occasions in the past few years. He recently was here for my semi-annual checkup, and as usual, he was very professional and personable. He kept me advised on what he was doing and what he may have discovered. I would be glad to have him continue to watch over my equipment.

Had a cold water leak, under the concrete slab. Tom Davis was a very courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant employee. He gave me 3 options to help me fit the repair into my budget. Explained everything he was doing and cleaned up after finishing work. Would use your company again.

Roberto with ARS was fantastic. Not only did he quickly fix our air conditioner, but he explained how to prevent the same problems in the future. We currently have no system in place that cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes our air. After finding mold in our system, Roberto recommended several systems. Since air conditioners are not my forte, Roberto patiently and thoroughly explained my options until I felt comfortable making an informed decision. Will definitely be requesting Roberto come back when we get our new system installed.

I will continue to depend on ARS because of the wonderful customer service and service work done on my AC unit. FRANK C is the reason hands down. He was on time, did exactly what he said, friendly, honest and made me feel so much better after some negative experiences. i would tell anyone to ask for FRANK C for sure. My experience with ARS is a very positive one. The technician is very knowledgeable and seems to take pride in being able to to do a great job. He explained his recommendations and gave me a very detailed update on my system. He is the same technician from my first visit and his professionalism is truly appreciated!!! Note: I purchased the service plan when on my initial ARS visit earlier this year and right on time, they called and reminded me that it was time to check my system for the winter. The system check was at no additional cost since I had previously purchased the service plan.

Yesterday, I noticed my downstairs heat pump wasn't working. I contacted a company with whom I have a maintenance agreement for my home appliances and my two heat pumps. I requested they give the repair to ARS since I have a preventive maintenance contract with them. They were able to do that, so I canceled that repair request and contacted ARS direct this morning. They were able to set up an appointment window today! My repair technician was Bruce Smith, who had performed PM on my units previously. He quickly diagnosed the problems, made the repairs, and had my downstairs unit cooling in less than 90 minutes. Even though I could have possibly saved money by having my home appliance and heat pump company contract the work out to some fly-by-night company, I knew that ARS would properly repair the unit and quickly, rather than having to possibly wait days for a repair from someone else. Thanks ARS!

Due to an over promising and under delivering salesman we were left with no air conditioning, 100+ days, company due to arrive, and an elderly dog that was struggling with the heat. Sandra McLeod saved the day by driving to Lowes, buying and installing room air conditioners in our home to get us through the weekend. She then saw to it that equipment and techs showed up and got the job done. It wasn't right the first time, so she once again stepped in and made it right. If the rating were for Sandra, it would be 5++ stars.

He is an asset to your business. I am not pleased that the Guardian Air system you installed 3 years ago is not functioning and requires big bucks (about equal to the original cost) to make operable.
