Brandon and Jamarius showed up at about 10 am. I had asked for a call when they arrived to open the fence. I appreciate that they did call as I did not want to disturb my family in front of the house. Though the unit is only a year old, I suggested freon and explained that the ac runs all day and never seems to cool to 77 degrees. Brandon did not dispute my assessment but took me seriously. (As a woman that is rarely the case) I was pleasantly surprised when he returned to say that there was in fact a leak and that he tightened everything. He showed me which filter I needed, and waited around to check the airflow out of all of the vents. I appreciated Jamarius making a point to get the air pressure sensor and rinsing the condenser off for me. I could feel the difference in the room within 20 minutes. I bought a Daikin HVAC System in 2020 for $20,000. Very expensive but the sales person told me warranty will be good for 15years. Not true, we've had multiple problems with especially the Thermostat. It's very frustrating and my family has been miserable especially during hot summer and freezing winter. Every time we call for technician to come out, it's $99.00 plus whatever repair costs. I'm very disappointed with the system and quality. I hope no one else has to deal with this issues. Randy M. 08/29/22 |

I have to say it takes a lot for me to leave a review but we were so impressed with the effort from Anderson that we just had take a minute to acknowledge it.. he just had a way about him that was just resolute. He wanted to make sure he solved all the problems and answered all of our questions despite the fact that it was getting dark outside and I'm sure just like anyone else wanted to get home. We hope that A1 Air not only acknowledges this but rewards it because it's not often you see that anymore. Way to go Anderson you actually brightened our day and you certainly cooled us off a little! I called A1 Air at 8:00 am, my A/C wasn't blowing cold. Randy was at my house by 9:30 am. I could not have asked for a more nice, professional service technician. Fixed the problem quickly. Zach and Xavier showed up at my home with the most comfortable personality for TECH guys I was impressed. They were very professional, good listeners, smart, and knew exactly what to do. And did that. I was working from home that day and i had no worries.
They came in with an agenda and it was like they were not there, but after the work was done my husband and I felt like we had a new home. The electrical panel Zach put in gave our house a facelift.
Xavier so intelligently put in my plugs with prestige. He was so smart and know exactly what to do and did it perfectly. They cleaned up after the work was done and left it better. Give them all more money keep them Happy!! They make a GREAT TEAM!! Thank you A 1 air and Mr. Forrest

Great folks on the phone and very personable service in home. They tried to repair my old unit but it was beyond that. I bought a new one and they installed it...so much better cooling. Price was about the same as others charge. Frank installed the new unit...very quiet and worked nonstop. Made sure to keep carpets clean and fixed minor floor issues. We have used A#1 Air for over 10yrs. Our unit stopped cooling on thursday 08-18. We were told our air coil condenser needed to be replaced . we were told the part was available but they could not replace it until monday 08-21. On monday we got a call from the technician who asked if he could postpone until the next day 8-22 due to the heavy rain in the area for safety reasons. We told him it was ok. The technician Anderson Wilburn showed up at our house around 10pm 8-22. He was very courteous and efficient. Around 11:30pm he completed the job. This place does not stand by their advertisement. They just want to sell you a new unit!!
My AC unit was not blowing cold air. My unit is an older one the uses R22 which is no longer made, but still available from AC repair companies. The tech looked at my unit and said that if he had R22 (which he didn’t) he could add it to the unit and that it might help. He said the best option would be to get a new unit at the cost of $10k. Small home 1300 sqft. When I told him I was planning to move in 8 months. He said that a buyer would take the cost of the AC unit off the sale price because it used obsolete R22. I told him that I would pay the $99 service charge and then call another place to get the R22 Freon. At which point he went to the truck and magically found the R22 Freon. He charged me $500 for 2 pounds of R22. I knew that I was overpaying. I paid it since I was already in for the $99 service charge and it was 3:30 on a Friday.
Do not use this company. They are way higher in price than other companies and they will try to sell you an overpriced unit. The tech was courteous and cordial. I blame the company for poor training. Alejandro B. 08/19/22 |

Our AC unit stopped getting cool and used A#1Air to find the problem. Sheldon R was the technician that was sent. He was very polite and thorough with determining the problem. He provided us with options to resolve the problem. He was very pleasant an professional and it was pleasure to have him work on our AC problem.

Randy M. provided us same day service on a service call and was great. He and Terrance were extremely nice, professional, and caring. They did a great job to get our system back up and running and explained everything to us every step of the way.
These guys worked hard in the intemse heat and did a great job for us. We greatly appreciate them and will be calling them the next time we have an HVAC problem.

Evaluation of a room not getting adequate cooling. Sheldon is the best. Called earlier today to have someone come out to evaluate a warm room. Thank you to everyone on the team who helped get our new air conditioner installed and running on one of the hottest days of the year. A thank you to Adam Thresher the electrician and Technician Samuel Dockery who diagnosed our problem and helped us install a small window unit to survive the day. Another thank you to Manuel Morales, Comfort Technician who patiently explained our options for replacing our unit. He was kind, professional and did a great job explaining the units to us. A HUGE thank you to the installation team of Noel, Rafael and Brandon. They were over the top at installing our system late into the night. These guys were professional and never gave up in the heat. I contracted through A1 Air in 2018 to replaced two old HVAC units at my house that were on their last legs. So I've used A1 since then. Sam Andrei came out same day my AC went out this week on one of the units. It was a capacitor and under warranty, so that was good news. Even better, he had one on his truck so he could replace it then and there. Even though he didn't have to, he cleaned the outside units with a hose and even took a look at the other compressor's capacitor to make sure it was still good.
