A#1Air is simply fantastic! We have had them out to replace our A/C in the spring and just Friday night I called them about not having hot water all week due to an issue with our home warranty company and the vendor they sent. We decided to use A#1Air independently and they sent James and Bryce out Saturday morning. It was determined we needed an electrician to review the damage from the other unit and Drew came out, made the fix and then James and Bryce came out late Saturday night to get the new unit installed!! If you want quality, professionalism, courtesy and a company that values it's customers and workers, look no further.

Great service, replaced old a/c with new Daikin system. Vickie B. Comfort Adviser explained all options and very helpful with her experience and suggestions for my decision. The install team lead by Christian G. Did a great job, efficient and had new system up and cooling fast. All practiced safety protocols. Five Stars for A#1, highly recommend

Sam A. did a fantastic job today. I purchased a new HVAC system from A#1 Air in 2018 and he was here for my fall heat check-up. Sam was extremely meticulous and thorough. DO NOT USE A#1 OR YOU WILL PAY..$ Had issue with my a/c not cooling, I replaced the capacitor and contact they were faulty. A/c seemed ok after that but I just wanted to have it checked out to make sure.I called A#1 they had the $59 diagnosis special including trip charge, A1 came out tech was Raymond, he looked at the unit and he said the compacitor was wired wrong and the head psi on my compressor was too high causing issue with the tx valve to stick close, I asked to see the head psi on the gauge and the wire that wired wrong, ( because I took pictures of it before I replaced it) , he never showed me he kept calling back on the phone to someone in his truck, finally he came out and told me I needed to buy a new unit it wasn't worth fixing what I had it was 10 years old. And they had a payment plan he had a sales book with 3 to 4 options, he asked for my driver license so he could run a check to see if I qualify. All he cared about was to sale a unit. This guy was a Sales Tech not a a/c tech by far, I told him no could not afford it and he got rude with me like I had no choice I asked what was the fee to repair what was wrong he told me $. I needed a heat pump and a compressor, tx valve, evaporater. I never even got a full estimate from him. I told him I can't do it i just want it repaired and could he give me a estimate.. He came in my house and gave me a bill for $189 for trip charge and service repairs for labor that he said he did. He never even talked about repairing or authorization to even make a repair. He never did anything but humiliate me in front of my family. I called A#1 office and the guy on the phone told me that I had to pay what I was being charged it was the techs decision and a representative will call me back. No one ever called me back at all, I called another A/C service out and paid $75.00 charge and was told my a/c was fine head psi was great and he showed me the gauge, and no issue with wiring. A#1 air is out to sale units twice the price and not repair anything at all, the tech that come out was a **** and just barged in my house like he owned it. I disputed the 124.01 and paid the 59.99. Its obvious I fixed the problem with capacitor and contact , the tech never had to be shady and lie about any of this, we are all in a COVID PANDEMIC currently and not sure we will have a job and you have this joke of a company robbing customers blind and they have no choice its summer time and its hot.

We had to replace our entire 10 year old AC due to freon leaks & it using freon that they were not making anymore. Manuel Morales advised us on several options, from the lowest to the highest. They were able to start the change out the same day. Techs. Alex & Christian arrived later that afternoon & stayed until the job was finished. (around the 1am hour) They made sure they cleaned up & even helped me setup the Rheem Econet app on my phone. We were very pleased.

But he did a fantastic job, took out the old and out in the new. He fixed a couple faucets for me, cleaned my bathroom drain. He was very professional, courteous and understood my situation. I am very thankful that I made that call to A #1 Air. They have been there when I needed them no matter what time of the day. They are my go to company for all my issues here at my home.

A#1 Air is Excellent! Everyone from the Scheduling Department to the HVAC Air Duct Crew to the HVAC Technician. They called the day before to confirm our appt and the morning of the appt to let us know the technician was in route. Thomas came to my house to clear my drain line for my A/C and charged me $449. Mind you all he did was blow air through the pipes. Was here maybe 30 minutes. He told me the work was guaranteed for 45 days. The every next day A/C starts doing the same exact thing so I call back. They send a rep by the name Roy who advised he was a supervisor. He told me my pvc pipe needed to be replaced and he would charge me $190. The next morning I text him and the price went up to $250. I explained I didn’t agree with having to pay another fee when the problem was never fixed to begin with. I called customer service and asked for a manager to call me and I’m still waiting for a call back. So on the 3rd day they sent another rep out and he told me the got my lines cleared. I get home from work and neither unit is working. They send Roy back out here and he had the audacity to tell me they’ve been out here the last two days and worked for free. No sir, I paid $449 for a 30 minute job that didn’t fix the issue. Long story short I told him to get the hell out my house. I paid $14k for a system that I’ve had nothing but problems with since they installed it. My question is why weren’t my pipes swapped when they installed a $14k system. I will be contacting the news to see what other avenues I have. Then I signed up for their maintenance plan and they kept nickel and diming me before I finally canceled it.

Once Again Our Hero's !!! Critical partial power was out. Contacted Rob Crowson @ A#1 after hours. Requested that he send out Darrell who had discovered an Encor problem in our home last year. Darrell showed up early today and quickly located and inexpensively repaired our problem. Quick, Friendly and Accurate Service! Even our 2 Pit Bulls love Darrell! Its A#1 for us!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND A#1 ♥️

Not only did he service all of our issues completely, he was responsive in between visits which was crucial. All pricing and timing issues were transparent and easy to navigate. Although this company has provided great service in the past, it was less than this time around. We waited nearly 5 hours for service yesterday without ac in late July here in North Central Texas. We finally had to reschedule the following day as it was getting late. The following day, dispatch called and told us they may / may not provide service in the afternoon, depending on the service techs schedule. In the meantime, no ac. I’d recommend these folks if you’re willing to wait, and work around their service schedule.

Called other companies and was told they don't service Parker County. Called A#1, and was put on the schedule immediately. I received an email ahead of the technician's arrival with his photo, what the company vehicle looked like, and a complete company history and specials they were running. Dane was prompt, professional, extremely cognizant and diligent with COVID safety protocols. He diagnosed the issue, gave us our options, and performed the work authorized quickly and accurately. Our house is so much more comfortable. Yay!!! I would definitely recommend this company to friend or strangers needing any of their offered services.

Quincy arrived in the morning to check the system and provide estimate initially but decided to have them replace the 18 yrs old unit once he said they can do it on the same day and after agreeing to the price for a 4 Ton, 17 SEER system. At 1PM the installation guys of Oniel and Danny arrived and started laying out the protection for the flooring and they worked till 9PM to complete the job to ensure we comfortable that night with the new A/C working. Suggestion: It would be good business practice that someone should come the following day to double check the work and explain to homeowners how to operate the system efficiently. Also explain how often homeowners need to clean condensate drain trap/overflow switch to prevent clogging which could result to water damage. The Flexible ducting is somewhat unsatisfactory to me as I see sagging of the ducting system but have ordered material to add and ensuring straight airflow and lessen air resistance in the flex ducting. Overall, I am happy with the new 2-stage system and envision energy savings.

Today Sam and Colton from A#1 air spent the better part of the day in my house helping to replace my AC evaporator coil, plenum, and also level my unit. The original unit installed by Tempo when my townhome was built was NOT level at all (so much even I could see the issue after Sam pointed it out). It was causing mildew and rust to build up inside my unit. I have to say Sam and Colton worked SO HARD today wearing masks the whole time and covers l over their shoes. They were patient with my questions and meticulous about the work performed and made sure no mess was left for me. It was incredibly hot today and the equipment they had to carry up to my attic (on the 4th floor of my townhome) looked insanely heavy. But these two guys never complained. They were friendly and helpful the ENTIRE day - even though I’m pretty sure they worked through lunch HAD to be exhausted. They patiently explained the new unit to me, made sure I understood how it worked and where to pour the solution to keep the drain from clogging. Before installation (previous visit) Sam did a great job taking pictures and showing me the problem inside my unit so I could understand the true current state of affairs inside my unit (that I couldn’t normally see) and make an informed decision without pressure from him about my next steps. They even helped me with my questions about which motors controlled the airflow to the three different zones in my house. I am extremely picky about Customer Service but these guys were so honest, so hard working, and just all around helpful - I’d totally have them back to help with all my HVAC needs in the future. Five Stars all the way for A#1 air - and it’s folks like Sam and Colton that are why I’ve been a customer for so long.

I was both surprised and pleased to meet my Service Tech Samantha. It pleases me to see a woman pursue a career in a non traditional field. Samantha was very courteous and adhered to the mask and social distancing requirements. Aside from her pleasant demeanor, she was very thorough in determining the problem I had paid for with another Company's Tech just 2 months prior. Though it was more costly today, I am confident she knew what she was doing and gave it her utmost attention. I will definitely ask for her in the fall when it comes time to service my heating unit.

Chase Hardin and the entire team did a great job. They were courteous, professional and friendly. Chase did a good job in explaining our options and then getting us a complete replacement of our HVAC the same day so we had A/C by the time we went to bed. I had the pleasure of working with Manuel and Nathan when my AC went out mid summer. Manuel went way above and beyond to help me find a solution that would fit my budget, and when Nathan and the rest of the install crew showed up the next day they were all so respectful and polite. we have used A-1 since 2014 and always have been satisfied with their timeliness, courtesy and work. this time however it took 2 separate service calls on 2 consecutive days to fix the problem. I thought it was fixed the first time but the next day the problem arose again. it was eventually fixed but I wonder if we really needed to replace the parts we did or if the flushing of the drain line on the second call would have sufficed.

Logan M. made a Service call at our home on Saturday evening. He made the call even though it was AFTER his shift had ended! Once I explained the situation Logan was quick to confirm the diagnosis and the root cause of the problem. Following this, he resolved the matter by performing a little plumbing work in the A/C Evaporator line and I believe permanently resolved the issue. After completing this repair he checked the unit outside to ensure that everything was operating as it was supposed to. Very thorough young man. Very polite as well. We truly appreciate good service, and want you to know that Logan provided us just that!

Deonte was awesome. Great personality but also sharp. Just had a new furnace installed by A1 and the fan howled thru the farthest return like an F22. One of the techs told me it was the much higher volume of air moving thru and we’d get used to it. Deonte took a pair of needle nose pliers and tweeked the blades on the return. Super quiet now.
