Tim was great! Very professional and took every precaution to protect our property and belongings. On a scale from 1 to 10 he was a 12. Kurt K. is an excellent service advisor ("comfort specialist" I think they call him). He was very knowledgeable, clear and concise with great information and no pressure. He gave me all the options and let me make my decision. I also received a follow up call from the sales manager Mark P. just to follow up on my experience and pitch in where he could.

Sales person who came out was very pushy, rude several times, Only offered 2 systems low end and high end, Pushed processing credit application VERY hard. Kept trying to get me to run the credit app before he left no matter what reasons i gave him for not wanting too or after saying i wanted to wait. Seemed almost like i was wasting his time. For this reason specifically A#1 will not get my business and i would appreciate not hearing from the "comfort specialist" again. 03/04/15 |

Dane is very knowledgeable about choosing the right HVAC system for my house. It was cold in the house and my heat strips did not come on. Let's face it, you can only use the oven and fire place only so long.
Tonight we have heat via some crafty wiring of the heat strips and tomorrow we will have an entirely new system at a reasonable price.
He really knows how to treat returning customers.

Raymond was a great representative for A#1 Air. He answered any of our questions and made sure we understood his diagnosis of our current situation with our air conditioner and what they would be putting in our home. After moving in to our home a few months ago, we have gone to hell and back with our air conditioner with all the A/C people from different companies coming to our home and trying to get, what we felt was an honest and proper diagnosis. As said before, Raymond explained it, showed us pictures of our current unit, and explained it again to where we could understand why we needed a new unit. Service was good. Had issues with scheduler and cost. I was specifically told we had an appointment for 1st thing in the morning, but they did not arrive until 1PM. The workers told me they were informed we were not available until after lunch and they had nothing to do all morning. As for cost, we paid $564 for less than 1 hour of work for 2 people using my valves. So the hourly rate for just labor was about $280 per hour. This seemed way too high. Raymond came to our home to help us when our furnace stopped working. He was very understanding to our financial situation and helped get us approved for a brand new system at a very reasonable payment. He was very patient and told us so much that nobody else had. He pointed out things that the other 2 companies had missed totally when they were here. The city inspector said that it was a great job being installed also. We decided to give A#1 Air a call when we had A\C issues last year and they made a great impression. We recently decided to see what could do to assist us in upgrading our old A\C. We had two complete ac and furnaces installed in our home, the price was competitive..the response time was spot on. The crews were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The technicians were knowledgeable and walked us through setting up our new nest thermostats..love the Nest thermostats. The job was completed in a day and running perfectly we are very very happy with the service and equipment installed. I had the pleasure of dealing with Scot Faulkner couple of days ago and I must admit he is a very reliable representative of A#1 Air. I was having a problem getting another company to respond to some hot water issues here at our home in Carrollton. When I called him and informed him of the problem he assured me that he'd be on it the next day!. He was right on time!
