Quincy Hughes was great. He was polite, efficient and effective! He explained all of the different issues we were having with both of our units. We definitely will be using A#1 Air from here on out. At the start of cold weather, found the heating unit for the bedrooms wasn't working. Called a#1, they had someone come by that day. My 13 year old contractor unit had finally had it, Patrick showed me options and financing for a new unit. Terry Robbins and assistant came and replaced it the very next morning and were done by well before dinner time. Cleaned up anything on the floor from opening the attic door, like they were never here, except now can sleep without freezing, and kids can do online school work in their rooms in comfort. This is the second unit I've had them put in, and when the 3rd finally gives way, will surely call them again.

Patrick, our service tech was friendly, on time and answered our questions. Our unit was original (18 years) old and not preforming as we wanted, it’s hot in Texas. Guillermo was at our house roughly an hour and 1/2 later. He was professional and able to answer our additional questions on the unit (questions always come up later). He walked us through the install of the new nest thermostats and made sure we had everything setup. Highly recommended!

Literally $380.00 to install 1 plug and 1 lightswitch!!!!!! One of which i provided the plug. A loose wire cost 212.00 to reconnect. I don't know how a company can feel good about treating people this way. I feel robbed.

responsive, polite, thorough. First tech left furnace door open so there was no heat. Worked me into a heavy call load and second tech fixed the problem and identified potential areas of failure. He did a real good job.

The technician, Oscar, was super to work with. Explained everything we'd asked about & how to fix each situation. The lady that got everything started when I called in was one of the nicest people you'd ever want to talk to.

Daryl Forrest with A#1 Air came to my house today. He is clearly a seasoned professional and a very knowledgeable electrician. He solved a vexing problem with a non-operating wall plug. (Sounds simple but it wasn't easy, I assure you.) He was courteous, worked expeditiously and left with everything working and looking great. I highly recommend Daryl! Also want to give high marks to the folks in the office at A#1 Air. They provided timely communication on the appointments (one for the estimate and one for the work) and let me know when Daryl was on his way, never keeping me guessing.

Nick went way beyond to help me if every one in the world was as caring as he is it would be a better world my old unit is too old to fix so he went and got me a space heater I am truly blessed to of met him

I have been using A#1 air for my AC and Heating needs since I moved to Irving in 2006. Been extremely helpful in repairing old and installing new AC/Heating units. Had a problem this week and "Mo Lubiano" was quick to respond and repaired my AC problem quickly and professionally. I would recommend "Mo" and A#1 Air for your AC/Heating needs.

We got an estimate to clean our ducts because we believed there was a rodent in one of the air ducts. Although the rodent was actually in the sub floor, Casey and Akuri went above above and beyond what they should to ensure we figured out what it was before they left. They were courteous and professional every step of the way. They assisted my husband in locating and removing it! It was not in the air ducts but they were not leaving till they helped us locate and put everything back together as if nothing happened! We really appreciate their assistance with this horrible problem.

A#1 Air has been maintaining my systems for over 9 years and we did a full systems replacement a couple of years back. During my quarterly checkup, Sam Andrei noticed that my evaporation coils were defective and immediately proceeded to replace the unit. Sam walked me though issue and explained the warranty coverage. Our Second floor AC unit stopped working on Thursday late afternoon. I called A#1, whom we have been using as AC peovidor for the last 10-11 years, in our current and privious home. Coustomer service representative was polite, friendly, and clear as usual. It was late afternoon, therefore technician could make it only on the following morning. My husband was informed via email about time, personal information and picture of the technician. He arrived on time, wore plastic on his shoes, and after checking detected a clog in pipe leading from AC to sink. He used special liquid to unclog, sucked water with small vacuum, and replaced the pipe attachment to the sink. AC started to work. Technician was very polite, tried to answerall All my questions, but apparently did not understand my English, said that "My English and his English are not the same", and I got unclear answers, especially regarding waving the service fee from the actual work fee that was charged. When I asked if it's waved, he answered "yes", but when he charged me, it was added. I trust the company, and was disappointed, but did not argue. On Saturday afternoon, AC stopped working again. My husband called Coustomer service and was told that they will contact us around 10am on Sunday morning. We did not get a call at 10:am, and when I called I was told that Nate is our technichian, starts working at 12:00pm, and we are second on his list. Nate spend some time in our house in April 2017, solving a problem of insufficient air flow in 2 rooms, and did a wonderful job. Nate arrived around 1:00pm, detected that the clog was still there. This time he used a different equipment to unclog, replaced the too thin pipe from AC to sink with a thicker and clear one. ( Drove quickly to buy the pipe). He was very curtaiz, friendly, knowlagable, answered ALL of my husband's questions, and noted, before we mentioned it, that we were not going to be charged for this visit, since it's the same problem that was not solved. AC started to work again, and we are thankful to Nate, his professionalism, and efficiency . Apart of the poor service visit prior to Nate's arrival, we are very pleased with A#1 service, reliability, time of response, and technichian's quality of work.

I was very impress with our tech Alan S, he went above and beyond, out of all the tech's that have and service our ac/heater have never ever took the time to check why our ducts were not blowing correctly and we are talking about the 3 years we purchase your product. Your tech's would only take 10 mins and would always try to sell us a product which took longer then the servicing they were out of here in no time. Our unit is still under warranty and this should have been cover when you install your product. So disappointing!! I hope this comment will go to the president of your company!! I have refer 2 friends to A1 and they have also had problems. 1. Finance company, we wanted to pay this in 18 months, which you advertise and yet you gave us one that would take us 3 years to pay off, we have excellent credit. 2. Installing the new air/heater, why didn't your tech's make sure all our ducts were cover and working properly when they install the product!! 3. You charge extract for only 2 of the ducts that were not working, you nickel and dime us. We should have not been charge at all, because this should have been taken care of in the first place when you install our new air/heater. Next you wanted to charge us extra for the sealing ducts and plenum, which we did not want to pay!! I will never refer my friends or family to go with A1 air. Has for 100% satisfaction guaranteed that you advertise is misleading!! We had Bakers come out here for our plumbing and those are the ones I am referring to friends and family, they do excellent work and do not nickel and dime us with extra products.

Casey Wilson did a great job cleaning my air ducts and installing the GreenAir system. Him and his crew were very considerate of personal property by covering surfaces/floors to prepare for cleaning, provided detailed and thorough work, and left my house cleaner than when he arrived. Noticeable difference after the cleaning was done. Glad I had this service done.

Noel is THE trouble shooter and customer salvager for the entire team! He should be teaching the others how it's done. Plus, it's my opinion he should be carrying business cards (with his name on them) because more than anyone else in the organization, walks the talk on customer satisfaction!

A year ago during a PM check of my unit, it was noted that my capacitor would need to be replaced soon. At the time it was working at an acceptable level. Tonight, it finally gave out and it was at 10:30pm on a Saturday night. Already armed with this information I called for service. Realizing that most service calls after hours would cost more, we signed up for the Maintenance plan which saved us a lot of money especially during the weekend and being so late at night. My technician was dispatched quickly and arrived on site with in the hour. We confirmed my capacitor was bad and they were able to get me back up quickly. The tech was very professional, already knew a lot about our neighborhood and the other units based on prior history. Even while it was completely pitch dark we also were able to get a check on the system after the capacitor was replaced to ensure it was operating at optimum efficiency. Thank you A#1 Air team for putting a great team out there to help people when needed no matter what time of day it is.

We were very pleased with A#1 Air's Service today. We have purchased their HVAC System a few years ago and technicians come out twice a year to check on our furnace and air conditioning unit. John **** was the technician today and went over and above. He recommended some services that we needed. I was unable to pay for some that I wanted because of cost and this time of year. He recommended one of their financing companies. We got approved and we **** be able to get some of these services done this Friday! John took the time and he also follow-upped with his Manager to see what solutions were available for us. We have been loyal A#1 Customers for year and this is an example of why.
