But the moment he arrived he pointed out that the dishwasher with an outlet installed might not fit, due to the size of the dishwasher and the relatively small older cabinetry. Outstanding service and technicians. ******* ****** is a terrific technician. Today ******* arrived at my home on time and resolved my issue with my generator. He diagnosed the problem to be a weak WiFi signal to the generator and suggested that I obtain a WiFi enhancer (booster) to ensure that the signal reaches the outside generator. He double checked to ensure proper operation of the generator including operating in exercise mode monthly.. He was knowledgeable, efficient, customer focused and pleasant. I've worked with ******* before and have total confidence in his abilities and will continue to request his services as needed going forward. CMC Electric is the best electrical company that I ever worked with. I rate our installer Daniel 5 stars. The company 3 stars. I was told CMC would contact me within 48 hours...never happened. I called and was told CMC was waiting for the microwave to get to the store. I told them it had always been there and they checked and it was there. Finally, it was installed and Daniel did a great job.

Fantastic company! You always wonder if the electrical issue you think is huge is going to cost you an arm and a leg and if the electrician you hire is going to shoot ya straight. Well, I finally found an electrician I can trust! These are great people with tons of experience and they are all extremely professional. They are excellent with communicating my appointment information and even send a text with a bio and picture of the electrician coming out. AND they send a tracking tool so I know exactly when he will be arriving! Really neat. Josh fixed my multiple issues in a very short time and was super pleasant to work with. The office staff are absolutely amazing as well.

Had to have smoke detectors and motion sensor replaced. Martin was courteous and efficient. The dispatcher had not given him all my info but he assured me that he would have all supplies in 20 minutes. He returned and worked continuously . Thanks Angie’s list for the discount coupon. CMC installed our Generac generator and overall did an outstanding job. The entire Team was very professional form Baron S who picked helped us pick the location in the yard, to the workers (Roberto) did the installation of the unit, the transfer switch and teh LP gas hookup, to Joy who coordinated and to Baron H who walked us through the maintenance schedule and cycles. They did so well that I also committed to CMC for the maintenance package. I would have rated them higher except that there was a two-week delay between installation and inspection during which we did not get updates on status, prompting us to call them multiple times. That downtime appeared to be due to a communication issue between CMC and the county inspectors. CMC did ultimately solve the communication problem with the county. From a technical perspective they are highly experienced and their communications with me on-site were clear and comprehensive.

He was clear, attentive and explained each step. He did careful work and made sure we were pleased. We learned that he is a relatively new employee at CMC. We feel that he is a great addition to the company. We found CMC in general to be responsive and helpful in our interactions with them. We would recommend this company.

I'm collecting quotes for the installation of a power generator. I set 4 appointments for visits/estimates from 4 local companies. CMC was the only one that required me to have a 4 hour window (forcing me to stay home from work for the day) rather than a set time, and then they didn't show up. The sales guy called me 45 minutes AFTER the 4 hour window ended and told me he was still a half hour away. I told him not to come at all. This clearly represents the company's values, quality, and responsiveness. There's no way I would use a company like this or recommend them to others. Further, they use technology to send out appointment reminders, and then follow-ups. Nothing is personal. I received 4 reminders for my appointment (2 texts and 2 emails), but then they didn't even show. And following the appointment I got no less than 4 reminders to provide feedback on how they did! So here's your feedback CMC. Let's see if they try to contact me after this.
