Excellent Service! Receptionist was very friendly when she took my call in the morning. A technician was at my house by early afternoon the same day. Ken was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He did a complete inspection and fixed the problem with my heater. Very impressed and plan to use this company all my heating and air conditioning needs.

After reading reviews I thought this would be the best company to contact to inspect my A/C and ducting and write a clear and concise invoice. Because I was trying to get a second opinion for my warranty company I needed Benchmark to complete an invoice of both my A/C and ducting. The A/C report was done promptly but on the same report details on the ducting were neglected and I needed clarity and promptness on both for my warranty company in which I was clear to mention the importance of this report to my serviceman. From personal experience I know in order to remember details about an inspection a prompt report is necessary and notes should be taken. I did not receive and update to the invoice even after a month and a half of contacting, so I hired another company and they accomplished what I needed promptly so I could submit the information to the warranty company. I asked for a refund which I thankfully did not receive any hassle over. Nichole the woman who I spoke to many times over the phone for updates was the best part of my experience with benchmark. I cannot recommend this service based on my above remarks, but I do recommend Nichole for her professionalism.

Our unit was just installed and we are ecstatic Not only does it work perfect, but it's energy use is amazingly low.. Darrell, our technician, was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable and very very efficient. Add curtesy and homeowner satisfaction and you have your perfect combination.. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything before leaving. We are very satisfied. Thank you for a pleasant experience in 109 degree temperature.

I'm very impressed by the professionalism at Benchmark. Ken came out to give us an AC repair quote and was very respectful, helpful, and clearly explained everything. While he was here, he went above and beyond by helping us with our vent filters, as well as explaining their maintenance plan and discounts, etc. Highly recommend!

The company info was shared by a neighbor on Next Door. We decided to go with Benchmark and so happy we made the right choice! The Company sends out a text or email before arriving with the technicians name and picture. The technician, Ken Woods, was a true professional. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions. He was friendly, polite and respectful and treated our home like it was his own. He took extra care to make sure the area he worked in was cleaned before leaving. I highly recommend Benchmark and Ken Woods if you have any Heating or Air Conditioning issues. Thanks! Marlene

I submitted an online request for service and they called me back the next day to schedule. When they came to fix my AC unit, they had trouble diagnosing exactly what was wrong and presented me with options. After they made the repair and left, later my AC still wasn't working properly so I called them back and they came back out (Friday late afternoon) ahead of other calls to get it fixed. They also are going to work out a payment plan for the repair because we all know AC repairs add up. I am really pleased with the overall service, particularly after the so-so experience I've had with another company in town. I highly recommend!

As usual, Benchmark came through again. They are always outstanding no matter what they do. We honestly will not use any other company for our heating/cooling needs. The way they treat the elderly is also fantastic. I have to say that every employee that I have dealt with including office staff are wonderful! The pride they have shows through. You can count on them to be honest and that's saying a lot in this day and age. Thank you again Benchmark, see you in the fall for our seasonal service!
