ursala was extremnely helpful on the phone and james was great on site. only problem was last year i was told that i had a bacteria problem inthe air handler drain. the technician said i should have a black lite installed to kill the bacteria at a cost of $750 and i should have the bulb changed every year at a cost of $50 per bulb. now i find out that the bulb will cost me $225 +tax. if i knew that last year i would never have had it installed. i would have had it cleaned out for $750 instead. i am leaving the existing bulb in until next year and maybe for another year after. 04/26/18 |

I embarked on my HVAC issue intending to only install new Central AC, but their offer for Furnace AC upgrade was too attractive. Within three weeks, we were signed, permitted, and neatly installed, with great service starting with Frank in Sales, Electrician Steve, and HVAC installers James & Chris. Steve was here on time and checked my heating and air conditioning systems for my annual maintenance. He was also here last year when I had a problem with my central A/C and was able to quickly and accurately diagnose and repair the system. Very courteous and knowledgeable. We found Universe online, as both our refrigerator-freezer and a basement freezer were having problems, so we wanted to get them serviced. We're very happy we called them. They were professional, thorough and scrupulously honest. This was one of those situations where I wouldn't know what repairs really were needed, but they made sensible recommendations that I appreciated.
