Dan Niemeyer and Jordan Wellborn did an awesome job. We had a big job!! A sewerline that broke under the concrete slab in our bottom room, into the stairway into the garage. I was amazed they got all that work from jackhammering out the concrete, rerouting the sewer line as to be able to install an emergency drain by the washer due to not having one at all in just 2 days. They were both very professional and cleaned up really good. Zach did a great job of explaining what needed to be done, the cost and the guarantee. Logan was on the ball sending me emails and setting up the service.

Our Service Pro Josiah Pierson was very polite, personable, and knowledgeable. He wore his shoe guards and mask the entire time he was in our house. As he serviced our furnace and drained our hot water heater, he carefully explained what he was doing and why. He worked efficiently and quickly. He found two small gas leaks in connections to the furnace and fixed both of them. He gave us estimates on what it would cost for his company to fix a couple of issues we have with our hot water heater. He did not pressure us in any way to have his company do the work. I cannot share enough good words about this company! They were so nice and helpful. I just bought my first home and know absolutely nothing. I called them regarding a heating issue and even though I didn’t end up using their service (the HOA is fixing the issue) they were still so kind and considerate to me. They called me and told me the HOA should be the one who should fix it. So even though the would not make a profit. They still lent a helping hand to me. In the future when I do have an HVAC issue. I paid $359 to change one simple outlet to a hard-wired box, for a double wall oven. It may have taken 30 minutes of labor and one very cheap metal box, which he had in his truck. This is an outrageous amount to pay, but I did it, because it had to be done that day. The installer knew it was a ridiculous price. Our furnace decided to retire in the middle of a blizzard. We contacted Tipping Hat and they were out THE NEXT DAY to install a new furnace. They were on time, courteous, professional, answered all our questions, and even kept the unavoidable noise to a minimum as I worked from home. They wore masks and covered all the areas where debris would likely be. They even shoveled the snow around where they needed to place some outdoor equipment. (We decided to replace our A/C as well, got a good deal on a whole system). I have used Tipping Hat several times since I bought my house 6 years ago for a few minor issues. Every time they visit my home they offer old-fashioned, down-to-Earth manners and professionalism. Everyone gives 100% without effort or flash. I was just faced with the very unhappy task of replacing my water heater and HVAC at the same time. However, due to their personal attention and due diligence I was able to finance the work. They not only wanted to make sure everything was done well, they managed to work together and install everything in one afternoon. Kyle and TJ worked until nearly 8:00 PM to assure everything was up and running properly. Chappie and Nate were among the crew, as well, everyone of the men that worked to get all of this done were true gentlemen! Hard-working and friendly.
In today's world it is so challenging to find a company that you can truly trust, especially with big price work. Tipping Hat is well named as it provides good, honest service. I know my grandfather would be thrilled to see this kind of business working with me. He was from the "hand-shake and your word" business mind. Sometimes, in our world, the charm of good manners and honest work goes by the way side, not so with Tipping Hat. I recommend them for any work you need done. You won't be disappointed. Our furnace quit working right before a major snowstorm was about to hit Denver. I placed a service request through Angie's List and received a phone call less than a minute later:The Tech could make it to our house in under an hour. It turned out that the heat-exchanger was leaking, and we can either wait 3 weeks for a part or replace the entire system the next day for not much more money. We decided to replace the system. The first techs showed up as promised at 8am and started to work. More came and went as other tasks came up. Overall, theses guys are FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!! One of the best customer service companies I have ever worked with. I didn't have time to get other quotes, but since we just installed our AC system last summer, I had sort of an idea of price.
