I wanted a basement utility sink installed and they did an amazing end to end job. Eddie came in and did a full assessment, ordered the sink to the specifications I wanted, gave me a no non-sense price, and scheduled work the following weeks. I called Tipping Hat plumbing and Heating service my 8 year old furnace. The technician, Kris S. was professional, timely, courteous and friendly. He arrived on time, wore shoe covers and a mask. Kris kept me apprised of what he was doing and what he observed, showed me video of the inside of the furnace and the gunk he removed. Overall I would rate his service as FIVE stars. Sean worked with us thru email and on the phone to pick the right Furnace and AC. Setup and installed both very Fast. Roman and Kyle were real Professionals installing and answering my questions. Since it was 22 years since last furnace install I had a lot of them.

Eddie did a great job of evaluating and communicating my options for replacing two failed water heater tanks. The turnaround time on the initial trip and scheduling and installing a new tank installation was less than 72 hours during a very busy time of year. Eddie, Caleb and one other person on the crew whose name escapes me (...we chatted about running and triathlons) arrived ahead of schedule and were efficient and professional throughout the project. Joshiah came to troubleshoot and repair the boiler in my son's house. It was a very thorough inspection, because he came to me about an hour after he arrived, to let me know what the problems were. We had failed to keep our maintenance up over several years, but he explained the situation very clearly. I was satisfied that the issues were REAL. He went out of his way to get the needed parts, and then quickly repair the boiler so we have a reliably warm house again. He is truly a professional with a terrific personality. I am still waiting on a bid offer from them. I expect it will come in the next few days. The weather will have to improve from 0* farenheit to something in the neighborhood od 60 to 65* because I am partially thru colon cancer treatment and the heater/ac job looks to require maybe3 to4 days to comlleate.
