I can't recommend this company highly enough. The quality of their work is tip top. Their prices are very reasonable and payment options are very flexible and include long term financing with zero interest.

I had an excellent experience with Tipping Hat in replacing my a/c system. I called the on Wednesday afternoon and the were at my house at 8:00 Thursday. They completed the work by 3:00 that day. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly, from Jessica in the office, to Bob, Sean, and Laramie who completed the work onsite. The were honest and upfront about any cost and time factors. From start to finish, the whole Tipping Hat crew involved with our new furnace and electrical panel replacement were top notch. Michael was the Lead Technician and Supervisor; he was prompt, informative, and on top of every aspect of the job. Jessica did a good job coordinating the communications from the office. Tristan and Nate did a great job replacing our old furnace, installing a new return, and installed the new and better furnace in about half the time I thought it would take. Steve replaced the old and unsafe electrical panel with an updated and improved panel. It took most of the day, and once he was done, he even took the time to label all the circuits. I signed the contract on Monday, and by Wednesday at 6:00 PM all the work had been completed. All in all, a very positive experience with Tipping Hat! Jamie B. 05/22/21 |

I got to watch Dominic reconstruct an incorrectly placed condensate line placed previously by another company so that it would now pass inspection by adding a gas trap and tying the condensate line to the correct sanitary pvc in my crawl space. He was very professional working while I asked him a bunch of questions about plumbing. Dominic spent half the time doing things right that the other company did only to do it wrong. John did an amazing job in figuring out what was going on with the electricity in my garage.. While in the end we spent much more than we needed to, we were eventually going to have to make these repairs and get a new water tank in the near future. With the 0% interest, it was hard to say no when it was questionable whether we could keep the other tank, so it made sense to go ahead with that now even though it wasn't absolutely necessary.
On the other hand, that had nothing to do with why we had tipping hat out and it wasn't until the last visit when Brian visited that he listened to all the details very carefully and within seconds had the solution. His very personable and friendly attitude aside, his professionalism and ability to troubleshoot in otherwise odd problem is beyond outstanding and if you ever have an unusual type of plumbing problem in your house, Brian is where you should start.
I also give tipping hat kudos for being responsive and caring throughout the process, sending techs out on multiple visits to troubleshoot until they found the problem, and being as fair as one could be when it comes to billing for visits. Brian C. 05/18/21 |

Oh my word! Absolutely love working with Tipping Hat. We had already had an air conditioner installed with a humidifier which was A+ service, and today we had our electric panel upgraded from the original 70 amp to a 200 amp service panel. I worked with Chris and Chris Jr during the last two days. Courteous and professional, great team to work with. If I asked a question about the process, they had an answer. The finished product looks amazing and completely meets my expectations for what we were promised by Sean. To give you a more complete picture, I appreciated the service so much that I smoked a pork butt and sent it with them back to the office. Dominic replaced our sump pump and Christopher returned the next day to make adjustments to the float on the unit. Both technicians were very responsive, courteous and professional. Also, Christopher answered all of my questions regarding the proper operation & life expectancy of sump pumps.

We got a few opinions about our problem, and with research into the cost of everything wholesale, this company was honest and willing to work with us. Not only that, but my broken heart at the landscaping mess was put to ease. They went above and beyond, working past nightfall to ensure they left as little hurt behind as possible. Fantastic employees, all of them. I don’t know yet, but I think they managed to salvage all plant life. I must say I was skeptical because the one thing they lack is educating the homeowner. I learned more by my second opinions…
So I say,, when getting appraisals, have a few curious souls around you who check things out. 11 point service inspection of water heater. Very thorough and explained everything he found. Spotted areas of concern that may be a problem in the future and left me with a list of those areas and the cost to repair. I ultimately hired Tipping Hat to replace my water heater system after several other much higher estimates. I'm certainly glad I did! From start to finish they did great work. Our installers Jordan S. and Troy were really fantastic! They were timely, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. They built a new system that looked very professional, paying close attention to all of the details. They definitely knew what they were doing installing a parallel dual heater system. Unfortunately, the recirc pump malfunctioned and even though we had ample hot water in the new tanks, it took far too long to deliver it to our faucets (like 4+ minutes). Tipping Hat was very responsive to our concerns and sent Dominic C. and Austin H.out to troubleshoot the system. Dominic was meticulous in going step by step in order to diagnose the problem on a very large and complex system. The first solution didn't work, but took a day to realize. I called Tipping Hat and advised them and they had Dominic back out immediately. The next step was to replace the recirculation pump which ended up doing the trick! Hot water immediately out of every faucet! I couldn't be happier even though the work took a few weeks from start to finish. Tipping Hat was so responsive and never quit until we were happy with the outcome. I want to give Dominic special recognition as he not only solved the problem, he assured me he would not quit until he did which proved to be the case. This is the most organized and hard working team I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with!
Billy Wright worked with me to find the perfect evaporative cooler for my home. He introduced me to the team on installation day and checked in throughout the project. This was a brand new installation with plumbing, electrical, construction and roof work. Troy and Rueben set up a new water service and Laramie and Jay worked a 12 hour day getting the whole system installed, up and running.
There was an electrical team and a roofer included. My house was spotless when they left.
I was amazed with all the details covered. It was all timed perfectly!
