Our toilet started leaking recently, so I called tipping hat as they are close by. Christopher came to our house on a Saturday and took a look at our toilet. I contacted Tipping Hat to talk about replacing my hot water heater and two toilets. I initially spoke with Elizabeth, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. After our conversation she scheduled an appointment with Michael for the next day, so that he could look at the work I wanted to have done and give me a quote. Michael was on time to the appointment and again very helpful and knowledgeable. He provided me with a quote and explained all the options available. He also provided me additional information on other product options for toilets. I have been working with Tipping Hat for 5 years now and have had excellent service from everyone I've dealt with. I purchased a new home. Matt came over for a Furnace inspection. He explained everything I needed to know about my humidifier extension.

Sean, Chappy and Kyler were leading the team of guys that came out to install an A/C in my 1939 bungalow home. The team was very professional and was willing to answer any and all questions I had regarding the installation and/or the equipment.
During the install, Kyler found a way to run the electrical underneath the house instead of using our original plan to run unsightly conduit around the perimeter. And, despite the extremely limited space underneath the house (~10" between dirt and the floor joists), and a grueling full day of work, Chappy willingly crawled to the far corners of the space to ensure all the ductwork was intact when we found sub-optimal airflow in 1-2 of the rooms during the initial system test.
Sean and the team agreed to take a 2nd look at the system after we put a couple of miles on it to ensure everything was working well and that my wife and I were happy with the final results. We contacted Tipping Hat because our A/C system was not working properly. Working with both Michael and Austin we discovered that not only was our A/C system not working but that the furnace was also a part of the problem. Michael and Austin were both professional, informative and patient in explaining what our problems were and what are options were for fixing them. Brian and Alfonso from Tipping Hat helped us with a gas line project for our backyard bbq. They provided a fair estimate and then removed an old unsafe pipe and replaced it with a proper shutoff and hose that wasn't a trip/safety hazard. The work was done quickly and to our liking. Tipping Hat was great. They were very professional and offered reasonably priced services. The salesman Doug was very knowledgeable and not high pressure, which I very much appreciated. Logan from the office was polite and communicated the job details well. And of course, Dan, Jordan and Austin were awesome. They re-piped my whole house. It is an old house with unexpected anomalies that did not phase them. They were very accommodating to my suggestions and very professional and clean. I had a clogged tub and closing on the sale was happening in 4 days. They got someone out in less than 24 hours no extra charge for fast service. They cleared the clog in 20 min and all was good. The next day standing water in the tub again. I called but we had already moved out. They agreed to send someone the very next day and agreed to let themselves in with a code. The folks at tipping hat plumbing are spot on, very professional and accommodating. My furnace went out a few weeks before thanksgiving, and they quickly came out, gave me an estimate and that week I had a new furnace and air conditioner. I always call Tipping Hat when I need any plumbing or HVAC help. This time I needed a sink, faucet (including valves and drain), garbage disposal, and dishwasher installed. Dominic was super professional, knowledgeable, and did great work! When we ran into a snag with the project (not his fault), he happily came back to finish it up.
