Had a water heater installation and some other work done by Christopher H. Chris was timely, professional, went above and beyond, and of course delivered high quality service. He always made sure I knew the pros and cons of any potential work that would be done, and also caught a cracked sewer line that I would not have found otherwise. Tipping Hat was a very professional and friendly group of guys who helped me out as quickly as possible. Doug K****** came was our initial consultant who reviewed what we needed and let me know costs up front. After booking the service with their support team, Doug and his service guys, Jordan S****** and Troy H***** came back together to get the work done. They were fast and very communicative with me while they were getting the work done (replacing our sump pump, re-directing our sump pump pipe and putting in new washing machine faucets). The office staff was responsive, easy to work with, and responsive to our needs. Michael clearly explained all costs upfront and helped us choose the right tier warranty plan that best fit our needs. Dominic, the master plumber knows his craft. He expertly installed our new water heater and walked us through all the operational and safety features upon completion of his work. We recently had a leak in a shutoff valve and called Tipping Hat to come look at the issue. The service pros that came did a thorough workup of the problem and also suggested other items that might need to be addressed in the near future. They provided us with multiple options from fixing the immediate problem at hand to replacing the water heater, boiler and installing whole home filtration. They were able to explain the benefits of each option in a no-pressure manner. We agreed upon an option that was best for us. All the technicians that came to our house were timely and professional. Right now we are in the process of buying and waiting for installation of a furnace and air conditioner. Diane the sales rep and Elizabeth the office rep have both been very helpful. Both ladies are very knowledgeable and "listen' to what our thoughts are and have guided us through this whole process to purchase the right models for our house. This is a starter review. Our water heater stopped working over the weekend and with 2 little girls, we were looking to have it replaced immediately. After looking into a few companies, I called Tipping Hat. The service from Tipping Hat was very good. The service Pros all complied with the Covid restrictions and were very helpful. The response from the company was very timely. He showed up the first day I called. Billy W. was open and explained the different systems to us in a manner that we could understand. We ended up getting an entire new heating , A/C and water heating systems. He scheduled the install for the next day. The two Service Pros who actually installed the system, Kyle V. and TJ were considerate of my house and worked straight through the day. The system was a lot of work and they had to spread into two days but I felt that they did an excellent job. Reuben G. installed the water heater and it was great. On April 19th I had Tipping Hat install a new hot water heater and 2 new toilets. Dan N. and Jordan W. were the installers and did a fantastic job. when they arrived they first looked at each of the areas they were working with, explained what they would do, answered all my questions. Before beginning the jobs, they laid down tarps to protect my flooring and carpet. When it came time to turn off the water to my house and the gas Dan asked if it was ok to do so. I appreciated the heads up. Michael stopped by to check out the work being done and take my payment. I asked if they could take a look at my sump pump and it was determined that the motor had burnt out. Michael was able to give me a quote, which I accepted and scheduled the work to be done on24th. When the installation work was done, I took a look at each completed job and again, all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Prior to leaving, everything was cleaned up. The customer service overall was so much better up front than the competition that we decided to go with Tipping Hat because of this factor alone. Courteous staff always wore booties and masks.
Michael aggregated all the work that has to be done to help simplify the process and save us money. Austin was very friendly and knew his stuff when it came to the furnace. Dominic handling our plumbing needs and was also very friendly. Rich was thorough for snaking the lines and very knowledgeable. Finally, John was our electrician who handled a few wiring issues for us.
