First class service. John was at my door within an hour of the initial contact. He was friendly, professional and on target with his analysis of the issue, the recommended courses of actions and with the repairs. My only concern was with the cost of the repairs, it seems to me that the charges were a little bit high for the work required to perform the repairs; however, I am not a professional plumber and I needed the water leak fixed. The leak is fixed and I trust that if I find myself in need of a plumber, I will definitely contact The Pink Plumber again. John R. 02/13/18 |

TJ is a great plumber and a nice guy who cleans up after doing his work, which we customers really appreciate! I really have great confidence in him when he explains the problem he finds and how to fix it. I simply cannot afford to fix every problem when he finds it! They called to let me know the plumber was on his way, 1 he before like promised. He came in, put booties on ober his shoes. Within about 15 to 20 min had a estimate. 2 nd time using this

Called the Pink Plumber and made an appt. They were very punctual. Marat Sayapov greeted me and I explained our problems with a shower that would not drain. Marat gave me three options to remedy the situation. After much effort Marat explained to me that the pipe in question was broken and he could not do the repairs until access was made to the pipe. Even tho he did alot of work and expended alot of effort
I was charged only the $59.00 service fee. I will not hesitate to use the Pink Plumber again or refer Marat! Marat S. 02/02/18 |

Richard with Pink Plumber did an amazing job. Very quick diagnosis, very easy to understand explanation of the issue and multiple options for a fix. Pinks is reliable, responsible, reasonable, knowledgeable and that's no "bull".
Seriously, I picked Pinks out of the phone book years ago and have never regretted it one bit. They have serviced my home for several different plumbing issues in the last 7 yrs. Every appointment is set-up in a 4hr window span and most convenient to my schedule and need. The service dept calls within an hour of the targeted arrival time and techs are prompt. Depending on the service needed we have been given options if available. This current visit David was very informative of my options, if this fix (my request for cheapest & easiest) does not solve the problem long term. He went above and beyond finding options more than just the usual either or choice most customer service departments offer nowadays. My only disappointment is they do repairs, but not remodels, my final fix. Dave is great, the company is customer service driven, their pricing is comparable to most and financing is available. Felix arrived on time with a happy to help and friendly demeanor. He was very knowledgable and gave multiple options to solving my issue. My water heater was very old and I ultimately decided to replace it. Felix completed the installation top to bottom the same day. He gladly answered any questions I had and was even great with my very anxious dog. I will absolutely call them for any other issues I have in the future.
