We had a problem with our hot water heater, and Brian D, from Pink Plumber came out and took care of the problem. He is very knowledgeable, personable, professional and a very hard worker. TJ came out to my house to assess the plumbing problem. He was awesome! He determined it was the septic and scheduled a technician to come out the next day. When Cody and Aaron arrived the next day on time, they told me that they had talked to TJ about the problem. Both Cody & Aaron were great too. They explained the problem, showed it to me, & followed up with pictures emailed to me. For a traumatic and costly experience, they made it bearable. I was very happy and impressed with Ephantus from the start. He was very thorough, listened and gave me good advice. Once we found where the slab leak was, both him and TJ did an awesome job in providing me a solution. The execution was flawlessly. Both went above and beyond ensuring that things were working correctly, clean up afterwards and nice nice guys. WORTHLESS and INCOMPETENT. I had a leak in my backyard which I believed was due to a broken water spigot. I showed their technician the leak and the water spigot and, without even moving a bit of dirt around, told me it was not the spigot. I asked him to look at the irrigation meter and see if he could turn it off to assess whether it was from the outside water lines or not - and he said the cover was locked and he could not access the meter. He told me to call a leak detection company, which I did the next morning. I cost me $350 for them to tell me the leak was from the spigot. The leak specialist was able to lift the irrigation meter cover without any problem and easily turn the water off. I can't even imagine what my water bill is going to be. It would be not be as high if the technician had turned the water off 24 hrs prior. Michelle K. 07/30/19 |

This was supposed to be a free estimate for a reroute of my water line. their plumber found that the leak was not from the meter to the house, but between a cutoff valve and front hose bib. This potentially saved me a lot of money which was good. He then checked the water pressure which I knew was low, he wanted to charge one hundred dollars to increase it, told him the work was done by my home warranty and could not let him touch it. He was visibly upset believing that he should be getting something for his trip. It turned that my low water pressure was because the Pressure Relief Valve was installed backwards. An appointment to give us an estimate was made immediately after I looked at this company on Angie's list. They called us to schedule. Michelle came and gave estimate (which seemed very high) for job to be done saying faucets were old and it was hard to find the parts. Jim came at the scheduled time to give me an estimate to replace our existing, working water heater. Jim was one of four estimates we got and I felt the most professional. He did not try to sell me a water heater, he knew I had already decided, but just needed the right person for the job. Jim was definitely that person. He was comfortable answering all my questions thoroughly, but left out the biased opinions and comments that enhanced his work. Just the facts. The day of the install, again he was punctual, focused on his work, cleaned the area in which he worked and left a very happy customer. While I do not wish to have any plumbing problems, I am confident now that I know an expert to call should I encounter any issues in the future. I had another plumbing company, Roto Rooter, come to my house as all my toilets were stopped up. They were going to charge me $12,500 and took over a day to try to figure out and diagnose the problem with how to fix the blockage in pipes. They told me I had broken pipes. I called Pink Plumber and they came out and TJ diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and was fixed same day and cost less than $3800 !!!! There were no broken pipes as I was originally told by other plumbing company. TJ was very professional, explained what was the problem and how he was going to fix it. I cannot say enough about the great experience we had with Jody and Shaun. Pink Plumber, you have our business hands down. We had issues with 2 different lines causing water to pool up, which would have eventually backed up into the house big time. The guys diagnosed the problems, priced the solution, and implemented it. All within 2 1/2 hrs or so. We have a 1500 gal tank, and the price for cleaning both chambers with filter and pump inspection can't be beat. FYI, I'm sure the pooling caused additional sludge build up which cost extra, but the bottom line between the cleaning, inspections, and sludge was way better than a previous vendor. I just purchased a condo and had a beautiful rainfall showerhead that I wanted to install in the master bath. The problem? I'm too short and I was afraid to break the present showerhead. That's when I sent an inquiry through Angie's List and The Pink Plumber was the only one who responded immediately for service. My water heater stopped working over the weekend and The Pink Plumber was the only company that would fit me in at their standard service rate vs. others that wanted to charge the weekend uncharge. Since I had to replace it the service charge was waived, a very nice plus!!

This is the first time I've used The Pink Plumber since purchasing my home. I needed a new kitchen faucet installed. Jack R. did a fantastic job! He was courteous, punctual and did an excellent job! I liked the fact that I received an email with his photo prior to my appointment (never had a company take the time to email any information on my technician) and the bio was a very nice touch. I felt their charges were reasonable and they were able to handle my problem in a timely manner. He even cleaned my entire sink prior to leaving! It is still shining! We had our septic tank pumped. I called on Friday and they came out on Sunday. The plumber was on time and very friendly and courteous. The only negative was that the backhoe was caked with dried mud which dropped off into the street when he drove it off the trailer. But that goes with the territory.
