We had a leak in our water line. TJ came out that afternoon and provided exceptional service. He was professional and thorough, and explained the nature of the problem and helped us come up with some solutions to prevent future problems. Had a new plumber this time - TJ - bc this time it was my main sewer line out of the house that broke. TJ was fantastic, he explained everything he was seeing and doing, explained the charges for the repair, and was just so engaging through the whole very stressful process. Dude dug a huge hole by hand in the yard to get down and replace the broken pipe parts after he found out that getting an excavator to our house the same day wasn't going to be possible. He even complemented David's previous work on our plumbing, which I thought was just so professionally courteous and a sign of a real gentleman. I really, REALLY hope to not need the Pink Plumber again soon, but they will absolutely be the first place I call if I do.

I'm adjusting my review to say David is absolutely the BEST service provider and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He came back bc we had an additional problem, & he replumbed our entire house, by himself. I don't understand why Pink Plumber insisted he do such a big job alone (not cool PP), but he did it anyway & his work is just amazing. His expertise & work ethic are just the very best a plumber can be, IMO, & if I EVER need a plumber again Pink Plumber & David Fowler will be my instant go to.

Very quick response to my support call, David was super friendly, funny and explained everything he saw and how things worked. The first plumbing service I called said they couldn't help me that same day, and I'm so glad because I would've missed out on this excellent service. First of all the techs were good guys. Now the news. They advertise $149 to pump a septic tank. They arrive and want an extra $200 because the tank is over 18" deep. They also informed me that it's an extra charge because he tank is full. Why would you call them if the tank wasn't yet full? They had a back hoe so the extra depth took 2 additional scoops. When they removed the cover they told me they need to run a water hose up the outlet pipe 8 feet. Additional $411. At this point I told them they needed to leave. They called their supervisor and agreed to do everything for $500. I turned down a local company because they told me over the phone that it would be $325 flat. Arghhh! Never again. I was having a new sink installed in the kitchen and new sink installed in a bathroom so needed faucets installed for both as well as a replumb and a new garbage disposer for the kitchen sink. There was also a problem with a bathroom shower pipe or valve. Todd came out to give me an estimate and then again right after the sinks were installed so I would not be without over the weekend. He worked methodically and carefully. He then "rebuilt" the cold water valve in the shower but although the valve worked, no cold water flowed through the shower head so I was not charged for the shower work. He explained what needed to be done for the shower and gave me pricing. I am very pleased with the work done and will definitely ask for him to come back and fix the shower pipe as soon as I can coordinate with my painter for wall opening and repair afterwards. The Pink Plumber is not the cheapest but, as in most cases, you get what you pay for: quality and professionalism, respect for your home and clean-up after the job is done. Todd A. 10/18/19 |

Jim was very nice, professional and worked quickly. He provided an estimate for the work on the four issues we needed addressed. Unfortunately the cost was prohibitive resulting in only two issues being addressed, which is truly disappointing. I was taken by surprise by the amount of the total estimate, well over $1000.00. The guys showed up a bit late but you can't judge all jobs from a phone call so sometimes these things take more time than expected... Jody H showed up professional and did the job. Found some issues along the way but explained things as they went and why things were important. My house is getting older and there old baffle was concrete and rotted. We had it replace. Was it a little more expensive - yes, but needed to be done and I can't blame them for my lack of maintenance.

Pink plumber plumbing arrived on time. Pleasant and professional. Bryan listened to my concerns and asked questions. I answered until we both had a good understanding of my immediate crisis. My septic had backed up in my basement for a second time I thought but there was an over flow from an indoor pipe which needed immediate attention. Byran resolved the issue very quickly and then explained the problem, and offered recommendations for the future. The plumber who came to quote our work, Ephantus, did a great job. He came to check one thing and said there was no problem but then noticed symptoms of a potential issue which he tested for. Our pressure regulator had failed. This has a potential to cause damage to fixtures and internal piping. We had double the "safe" maximum. He explained all this carefully and I was able to check with appropriate websites and proved him very correct. Ephantus came back the next day and did the work. He was conscienscious and worked hard to get it finished. In addition, he is very polite and clearly loves his job. So based on my experience I recommend Ephantus and Pink Plumbing. I called The Pink Plumber concerning a leaky tub faucet. The Pink Plumber scheduled a time frame for Eric L to come fix my problem. Eric arrived promptly & when I explained the problem & showed him the faucet, he knew immediately what he needed to do to fix it. He fixed the problem in an efficient & timely manner & explained what caused the problem. He also graciously checked a previous tech's work that was wrong or not completed as it should have been & fixed the problem for me. I was unable to light my pilot light after 4 attempts on my water heater. Derrin showed up, early I may add, and had it started in 30 seconds. My system is 10 years old and I am aware that it needs to be replaced soon, however, today was not the day, LOL. Derrin did not charge me the $102 it normally costs, but I assured him that when I need to replace my water heater I will use The Pink Plumber and definitely request Derrin. Darrin R. 10/04/19 |

These guys saved our home and our sanity. They worked tirelessly on one of the hottest days yet this year. They started small in what they checked with our septic system as the cause for the back up. They cleared those systems first and then thought out of the box when they had yet to uncover the issue at hand. Finally, after having to literally go down IN our septic tank (after draining it), they found a defect that had been causing problems for a very long time. When they decided their technicians should have found that defect on past service visits, they cut down their price to reflect what they believed was a diagnostic mistake in the past. Ya’ll—who does that???! What company takes ownership of something that isn’t their fault and then repairs it basically free in comparison to what it should cost??! Apparently, Pink Plumber does. Our septic is now up and running how it should have been, and we have peace and confidence that another back up won’t take place again because they got to the root of the problem THIS TIME. We were replacing cabinets in our kitchen. When it came time to do the sink base we realized it was more than we could handle due to the plumbing. We contacted Pink Plumber and they were immediately able to schedule a technician for service that day. We received a text from them that told us our tech was on the way to our home. It included his name and a photo. Ephantus was very professional. He explained to us everything that needed to be done that day and what needed to be done once our new cabinet and counter tops were back in place. We were given an appointment window of 6-10 pm for the return appointment and we were notified that he would be able to arrive around 5 pm. He completed the plumbing under the sink as well as installed our garbage disposal and new faucet. He was extremely patient through the whole process, as we had a lot of questions. I needed to have septic work done and after not so great experiences with other companies I used Pink Plumber based on things I have heard about them. They did an amazing job. Preston performed the work and was very professional, courteous, and did an amazing job overall. In previous experiences with other companies they would do the bare minimum required but Preston made lots of wonderful recommendations for new things that we needed and not (only time I haven’t been told I need a new septic tank!).
