TJ ran a natural gas line for my grill and our dryer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and even trouble shot some issues outside of what I had asked him to come work on. Ephantus Was the Technician/Plumber who came out to my home to fix my faucet. He was professional, he was uniformed, he had put bags on his feet not to mess up my floors which I loved because in my own business I also felt was appropriate and respectful. Pink Plumbers will be who I talk about and refer. They send out texts to let you know who is coming with the picture of the plumber also followed by a phone call. Great follow up. Two thumbs up to the business owner on the bags on the feet! I also want to mention, I am moving out of my home of 13 years In a week, so I wasn’t happy about replacing a kitchen faucet which made my experience with Pink plumbers the best out of all plumbers contacted. This review is hard to put in words. Staff here seem very knowledgeable. They came out to my home during my assigned time frame. That was a plus. They went over my system and confired that I had a bad septic pump. That was a plus. The downside to my visit was the price. I felt like this company was trying to over charge me. I was qouted 3147, that's with a 100 off to change out a septic pump. I asked for a breakdown of the price and the breakdown didnt make any sense to me. 1500 for a pump, 497 for a float? Was told tank needed pump out. Even though I just had it done 1.5 years ago. After google the average price to have my septic pump replaced, I saw that the average job cost between 800-1500. I decided to get a second opinion. I called Action Septic out to my home and was qouted a price of 895 to complete the job. Man what a difference. 3147-895 thats a difference of 2252 dollars. Man did I dodge a bullet. I will not say I wouldn't ever use them because trust me the knowledge is there, but I will get a second opinion everytime because I cant trust them or the prices they give. Eric & Josh did an excellent job with our septic problem. Eric explained & showed us everything that was needed to fix the problem. They both offered expert advise on what would be needed to be done to fix the problem.They are both extremely courteous, professional & very knowledgeable. Eric explained in detail what he & his son needed to do to fix our septic problem. He also quoted to us what the costs would be to fix the problem.At no time did we feel pressured to commit to an expensive repair. We appreciated his candor on what the long & short term benefits would be if we decided to go ahead with the needed repairs or if we made the decision to only do a minimal repair.They cleaned up the site of the job wonderfully. I will highly recommend The Pink Plumber to anyone I know who is in need of a company that specializes in plumbing & septic tank concerns. Eric & Josh need to be commended for their professionalism.It is nice to know that The Pink Plumber have employees who take immense pride in what they do. Many Thanks.... Pink plumbing came out to the property within an hour of my phone call. It was incredibly hot on this particular day and I didn’t know where the septic tank was. I could tell my technician wanted to call it a day (and I don’t blame him. I was drenched in sweat watching him try to find the tank) but this was a time is money issue as I had to have my renters stay somewhere else on my dime I’m addition to life just being too busy to deal with this on top of everything else! My technician continued to find my tank until finally he found it. First, I’m thankful that they were able to come out quickly, secondly, I’m thankful that Brian found the tank on this day so we didn’t have to wait two more days for me to get drawing from county. I have used this company for a couple years now and strongly feel that my membership with them has paid for itself 10x over. They are always kind, knowledgeable, and respond quickly. This week, I noticed there was a lot of water coming out of my water heater in the basement. David Fowler, with Pink Plumber, showed up within the hour. The water heater was 12 years old, and, unfortunately, it was time to be replaced. David knew I was in a time crunch to try to make it to work later that afternoon, so he had someone bring him all the equipment he needed while he started dismantling the equipment in the basement. This was extremely thoughtful and definitely saved us an hour or so. David did a fantastic job removing the old equipment and installing the new equipment. I called Pink Plumber to come out and diagnose what I thought was a small water leak at my home. They dispatched David Fowler in Smyrna, GA. This guy was the BEST! As soon as he walked in, he was able to assess the issue and notified me I had a major problem. He was shocked my pipes hadn't burst yet and flooded my home. He repaired my water line, pressure valve, etc. in less than 2hrs with ease. Not to mention, he arrived at my home within 30min of me calling Pink Plumber. David Fowler was a blessing! The pricing was reasonable too! He emailed me the invoice and several pictures of his findings as well. Hands down, David Fowler and the Pink Plumber dispatch team are the best! I just hope that the people that represent my company can be half as impressive as Nick and his helper. When they came and diagnosed my problem the cost should be about $500. Discovered a significant water leak late one day, a neighbor recommended I call The Pink Plumber which was my first call. They scheduled a tech and he was at my house within the hour. My leak was repaired within 2 hours and Eric the tech was awesome! Eric was friendly and worked hard to resolve my issue and I would recommend them to anyone. I had a downstairs shower backed up and flooded the downstairs and tried to clear the clog myself and was unsuccessful since it dealt with the main line. I was given Pink Plumber’s information from Angie’s list and they had a good rating from previous customers. I was contacted fairly quickly and they came out within in a few hours to give and estimate and do the work.
Geoff was the plumber who showed and he was extremely professional and very informative on the issues. He showed me the camera footage of the line so that I had first hand knowledge of what was causing the issue. I always knew what was going on and he did the initial snake and camera footage very quickly. When we saw the roots in the line, 82 feet away from my house, he moved up the camera to the valve closest to the street and discovered the roots growing into the line under the street which requires the county to service since it is the on the main county sewage line. I received several quotes for a pressure valve replacement and repair a couple of toilets. The Pink Plumber was NOT the cheapest (though pricing was very reasonable), but David was the only one to do diagnostics and determine my toilet actually had a bad shutoff valve in addition to the fill valve. After accepting the estimate, I was able to be scheduled for the next morning and all the work was completed very quickly. The guy tried to sell me a $1330 sump pump. He said it's all metal and they give warranty. I went to Lowes and found a metal sump pump for $130 (with warranty)
