The online offer of $149 for a 500-1500 gallon septic tank is just to get to your house. Expect to be hit with other fees which will take their price to north of $300 and on par with everyone else. Cody D. 05/28/19 |

Repairing/replacing a tankless hot water heater has not been an easy process. Several plumbing companies I called didn't work on them, or only a particular brand. The first plumber who came out refused to trouble shoot and only offered to replace it for $2,000, the second plumber didn't show up at all. Then I called Pink Plumber even though the ratings were low, they came out right away. Jason was the technician and was here more than two hours trying to determine if the current heater needed repair, he found the issue and gave me three options and prices. The prices were very affordable compared to the previous one I received. Great Company. Contacted them for what I thought was sump pump issues, upon inspection it was ruled out. No charge. Had a plumber at my house within an hour and he fixed the real problem, the shower drain.

This company is not forthcoming with their pricing. I assumed the 5 minutes it took to unclog a toilet would be a reasonable fee. They ripped me off. $200 for a 5 minute service call. Never again. I was quoted $149 - $249 to empty my septic tank. Once Cody and the other Co Worker got to my house they saw that the lid had fallen into the septic tank and quoted me $3000. They said the lid was probably broken and needed to be replaced. I asked to empty the tank and then we can make a decision based on what we see. Then they said that its been more than three yeard since the tank had been serviced so it would be $804. 3x more than $249. The plumber was there waiting to fix my issue he just the job he just needed the tank pumped. I paid the money. I will never use Pink Plumber again. They had no compassion. We called The Pink Plumber because we were having problems with our sump pump. TJ was the technician that came out to our house and he was extremely knowledgeable about the issues we were having. We learned so much about our septic system from him. He came to work on our sump pump but he also found our septic tank in the yard for us because the other technicians were coming out on Monday to service it. He marked where it was and how deep it was so the technicians could easily found it. I would highly recommend him and will be asking for him if I should need anymore repairs done. Tj L. 05/14/19 |

The team of two men led by Cody arrived half an hour early, after calling an hour before the scheduled appointment. While this might have been inconvenient in other circumstances, the imminent rain made it truly a blessing. Cody suggested that we consider not pumping our septic today because of the expected heavy showers, but we went ahead because it is part of the due diligence period for the house which ended the day after. While Cody was great about honoring the quoted price for service, the central office should provide quotes for two-tank septic systems for all homes built after the second tank was required by code. The second tank essentially doubles the price. By simply asking the age of the home, they can know this in advance. Also, I had Papa's Septic pump my tank last time, and they took pains to roll back the sod and keep the holes as small as possible. Additionally, Papa's quoted me a fixed price for the two tanks up front and assured me that there would be no surprises based on the quantity of solids found inside. Pink Plumber is more of the garden variety septic service in this domain. They quote a low initial cost with many add-ons. The holes are larger than necessary and little effort is made to protect and replace the sod. In short, it was an adequate, but not stellar service. If you haven't experienced stellar septic service, then Pink Plumber may well appear to be four or five stars. Cody H. 05/12/19 |

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have every had with a plumbing company. I called Pink Plumber after waiting three weeks for another plumber who just kept giving excuses when he did not show for an appointment. Pink Plumber's customer service teams (I am so sorry I cannot remember the young ladies' names because they too were awesome) put me on their schedule the same day I called after hearing how long I had been waiting and the nature of my problem. They assigned me a team member, Brian D., and told me he would call about an hour prior to coming for the appointment. I received a call at 2:30 p.m. that Brian would arrive around 4 p.m. and at precisely 4 p.m., Brian was pulling up to my house. Brian was very thorough with explanations and recommendations but never once pressured me to do something that I felt I could not handle in this time frame. He wrote quotes and the recommendations and emailed them to me. The service was excellent and there is no one else that I will call from now on for all my plumbing needs. why only 4 star because of your pricing policy. How does 1000 gal for $149 add up to $310 for 1300 gal. Did not have a choice at the time to do anything about it so you have to pay it. Jody and Josh wanted to dig up my yard by having to move my 12 x 12 railroad ties in my garden area by bringing in a tracked backhoe and tearing up my whole yard to remove the whole cover of my 1000 gallon septic tank installed in 1978. I told them that I have had it pumped out twice in the 35 years I have lived here. The previous septic company easily located the 15" x 15" corner tapered plug. (One plug is at each corner of the tank.) The tank is located 10 to 12 inches below the dirt covering the tank. I pinpointed the location for them. I have watched this procedure twice before. Five shovels full of dirt and the corner plug is accessible to pump it out. No big deal. Their response was: "No, no...we have to remove the whole cover. That is the way we do things." When I called Pink Plumber to request someone to come to my house to give me a quote on a new hot water heater, they were very responsive and sent Josh R. to my house on a Sunday morning to give me a quote.
