I'm very happy with the work T. J. did when he installed our two toilets. When he came out he was extremely helpful with all our questions. He was very knowledgable and knew what he was talking about. He assisted us with making a final decision about what wanted and needed. He had our two new gleaming toilets installed in no time at all. It might sound strange to be proud of new toilets but that's what we are!

I'm adjusting my review to say David is absolutely the BEST service provider and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He came back bc we had an additional problem, & he replumbed our entire house, by himself. I don't understand why Pink Plumber insisted he do such a big job alone (not cool PP), but he did it anyway & his work is just amazing. His expertise & work ethic are just the very best a plumber can be, IMO, & if I EVER need a plumber again Pink Plumber & David Fowler will be my instant go to.

I called the Pink Plumber initially to pump out my septic tank. During the service it was discovered I needed an outlet line replaced due to it being damaged by ground settling or tree roots. Their service professional, Cody , was very knowledgeable , upfront, and clear on what needed to be done as well as the cost. Left a note on their website late Easter evening about a broken water heater - they called early the next day, Senior Tech Jim was onsite in a few hours. Within 3 hours of arrival I had a new, efficient hot water heater, my plumbing was brought up to code with new valves and an expansion tank, some other minor issues were taken care of, and Jim left the area neater and cleaner than it was when he arrived. The price was roughly 10 to 30% less than the phone quotes I'd received for 'emergency same day' service from some of the other big-name in-your-face-constantly plumbing companies in the area. Brian was great. He was thorough and explained the whole process of having a septic tank. We are new to septic tanks and he never seemed annoyed or bothered by all the questions I had regarding how the system worked. I called the Pink Plumber for a leaking water line pipe in the front yard. They scheduled my estimate the same day and the technician called me on the way to the house. My technician Dale has 22 years of experience.and he was excellent. He reviewed the repairs needed with me and gave me all the options. The repair was more than I had in my budget but he quickly reviewed my financing options to allow me to budget for the repairs. The estimate was fair and honest. My Septic System failed in the heavy rains during Feb. I called them to pump my tank. They charged me accordingly plus an amount for overfill. I then asked them about installing a clean out so that we could tell when the tank was backing up again. When they started they told me I needed a new main line as the old one had a bulge. They replaced the main line and put the clean out in, The total charge for the day was $2900.00
I later found out several companies would have done the same work for less than $1900.00. They were going to give me an estimate for replacing the system and told me I had to pay for the permit and soil test up front and it would be $1,000.00. I found out the charge for the permit was $250.00 and for the soil test $350.00 so they charged me $400.00 to make two phone calls? The estimate for the system was $10.330.22. I found out it could have been done for less than $7,000.00 Based on all this I decided that the Pink Plumber was overcharging and taking advantage of me and chose another company. Ok, I'm honestly torn by the mixed reviews I see. I won't discount anyone else's experience, but here is mine. I had another company out on 4/2 and it was such a terrible experience that I went to Google when I found water in my basement again. I called two places and this was the first who said "same day". Within 20 minutes of setting up my 10-2 appointment, I was called back and advised someone could be out within the hour. Impressive.
TJ was amazing. Ask for him if you can. He'll make your five stars happen. He came in and asked what was going on. Before he started throwing numbers at me, he walked the whole house with me. We went to the plumbing lines and followed the leak with our eyes, then we water tested his guess (spot on), and then he took me outside to see my septic line. When finished, he came back inside and sat at my kitchen table with me and told me what the first company missed, what the contractor who put the plumbing in missed, and gave me bronze, silver and gold cost options to fix it - he in no way shape or form tried to rob me. Instead of taking a dime from me, he told me to call the original company to honor their warranty before he'd charge me a dime. Whoa. Golden Rule Behavior.
I'm always concerned that when dealing with certain service industries, women can feel as if they're being preyed upon. TJ made me feel as if he were talking to me the way he'd want someone to talk to his mom or sister. I was fully educated, well-informed and completely satisfied with his visit.
