Roberto and Jose came out to replace our old AC unit. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and did an amazing job! They were very respectful of our house, taking shoe covers on and off every time they entered and exited the house (which was quite often with this install). They cleaning up every single thing when they were done and even vacuumed up leaving the area even cleaner than when they arrived. They were both an absolute pleasure to have around. Very polite and worked hard to get the job done with as little disruption as possible. They did great work and this was not an easy install...they faced a lot of challenges getting the new unit to work with an older set up/configuration (furnace). In the end we paid exactly what we were quoted, even when the job required a lot more time and work than they anticipated. We are extremely happy with the work they did and Sunshine. We will be using them for all our Plumbing, Heating and Air needs in the future and will be recommending them to everyone we know! sunshine-plumbing. 07/22/17 |

The company performed pre-season maintenance work on my A//C. The technician was friendly and very courteous> He was prompt and took care not to track dirt in the house (he wore booties inside even though the bulk of the A/C work was outside. I know little about A/C work so I can only guess that the quality was of the same level as courteousness and promptness...excellent. The technician was right on time. The work went well and quickly. So glad we found this company. We have used them to fix our furnace and, now, the A/C. Their response time is great and the answering service relayed our request from last night. I was so surprised when I got a call from the company that a tech could come today,on the 4th of July to fix our A/C,without a holiday charge. Our tech today, Roberto G., was very nice and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix it right away. Jason was fantastic. He had to deal with a couple surprises but handled them quickly and with no additional cost. We originally had him out to repair a cracked exterior pipe but also get an estimate on a bigger interior job. The estimate he provided was the best one we had received and he also offered to repair the exterior pipe at no cost if we agreed to the interior job. Bonus!

Calling for my appointment, the lady finished her dialogue, asking, "How can I make you smile today?" With a line like that, she just did. I did not hear the lady's name on the phone, but she was very pleasant and efficient setting up my appointment, which even though it was no emergency, the appointment was set for the same day. Frank called me in the 2-hour window given, and said that he was about 1/2 hour away. I found Frank to not only had a very engaging personality, but he proved to be a quite efficient worker, and he quickly had my new outside faucet installed. I had also mentioned to Frank that I was having trouble attaching the hose to my old faucet, and he said he would see what he could do, and he was able to set the new faucet out a little bit further from the house, irritating problem solved; as a customer, I really appreciated the extra attention given to such small detail. We had a leak in our water heater and Sunshine was quick to get us in their schedule. Frank S showed up on time and was courteous and friendly. He asked questions that helped him determine our needs, and quickly put together several estimates for us to consider. He even talked through the entire spiel again when we got my husband on the phone to help make the decision. Frank was never pushy and was very patient while we decided which option to go with. Once the decision was made, he went quickly to work and we had a new water heater installed in no time! He was careful to clean up and return everything as he had found it. He walked us through the basics of our new purchase to educate us on maintenance and usage. He even stayed a few extra minutes after install to ensure the water was the proper temperature!
