There are a few up sales that I feel are a little overpriced, however they have always been willing to work with me to make services more affordable. I would recommend Sunshine to family and friends. I've had great service form Sunshine Plumbing, Heating and Air. They installed my Navien tankless water system last year. I have two Naviens in series which are a little tricky to get right but they made sure it worked perfectly. Today two Josh's from Sunshine came out to do some preventive maintenance - one for the two furnaces and one for the double Navien Tankless system. They both arrived wearing masks. They were efficient and quick at doing the job and then explained everything they did and the then gave me a report on the health of the two systems. I was notified by text an hour before he arrived and also was called when he was 15 minutes out. I found that very helpful. Dylan, the technician, was very knowledgeable and explained what needed doing to fix the problem. Together we made a plan and the work was done completely and professionally. The clean up was amazing.. I was very pleasantly surprised to see the way the area was left when he was done.

We had been informed of a potential water leak and could not find it on our own. Called Sunshine Plumbing and they sent Justin over. Unfortunately, he could not determine the source of our mystery leak, but gave us multiple resources and ideas of what our next step should be. If an actual leak is ever found, Sunshine will be at the top of the list for repairs. We will be needing some additional services soon and will be scheduling with this company for sure! Justin at Sunshine did a great job with a complicated new sink and faucet install! We got new countertops and had him install our new, larger and lower sink. Justin was awesome, he came out twice to work a leak in my garage ceiling and it turns out the issue was the unit above. He even went up to the unit with the owner to assess and it was not good. Kim was awesome as well. there was a schedule mishap, but she was able to get Justin out when initially indicated. all this happened before and after the July 4th weekend and they were able to take care of my needs.
