Sunshine was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were lovely over the phone, and assured me that their expertise covered the problem I was looking to solve. They confirmed our appointment multiple times before the day, and sent me a name and picture for the technician I'd be meeting. I got Jason for my service, and am very happy I did. I was a bit nervous going into the appointment because the installer couldn't be there and I wasn't sure I'd be able to communicate the problem properly, but Jason completely understood what was going on. He explained it to me (a layman) in a way that made sense. He was kind and courteous throughout the process as well. I feel confident moving forward with our project thanks to Jason, and will definitely be requesting him for future service. Paul, and the whole staff at Sunshine are amazing. Our furnace went out on a Friday late afternoon. Paul was able to be there Saturday morning to break the bad news we needed a new furnace. This is where it got amazing! Paul informed us that he would be back on Monday with the new furnace. The office staff made sure everything went smooth. Monday we was scheduled to be cold, and 5 below zero that night. Paul stayed until we had heat that night! This company really cares about there customers! I can't say enough about them. This is the second time we've contacted Sunshine for our mechanical stuff. The first time was for a water heater, which turned out excellently. That's why, when the furnace stopped working this morning, I called them. The on site call went very well. Paul the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and got right to business and explained exactly what he was doing. He offered us 2 options and explained each thoroughly. Sunshine helped us when we were in quite a pickle with a list of required repairs to a property under a home purchase deadline. Due to the age of the house (early 1900's), several added items came about as they dug into the work, and Sunshine always communicated clearly and sought permission before embarking on anything new. They cared about our situation, even staying extra hours when needed to get the job done. From William, one of the owners, to Jason, Frank, Brett, and Dani, I grew to quickly trust and highly value the services Sunshine provides because they go the extra mile and even more to do the right thing for the customer. Roberto was very knowledgeable, proficient , and extremely helpful. He came out to service our furnace which stopped working.
We were very worried, as temperatures were dropping into the teens. He quickly identified a faulty sensor, but had to go pickup the part. He spent the better part of his Saturday evening fixing the furnace and answering all of our questions to make sure we had no additional concerns.
We have used Sunshine several times before, including getting our water heater replaced a few years ago. We have always been happy with the service experience they provide, and this time was exceptional.
I can’t say enough good things about our experience today, but when we have additional work done in a couple months, we will be specifically requesting Roberto.

It is 12 degrees now and its supposed to be a low of 4 degrees tonight and the furnace quit working yesterday. An owner of Sunshine Plumbing & A/C lives up the street so I called their office before 8 this morning and had a service tech at my house by 9:10--pretty impressive! We had a leak under our sink when we woke up. I called Sunshine and I could not believe it when I was told that they would have a tech out within the hour! Jason arrived quickly and had the leak fixed after having to get a special part. He also found another sink that was about ready to start leaking and replaced the parts on it. I called in to make an appointment for a field service technician to come out and look at the furnace as it was blowing hot air. Kristie was awesome over the phone and scheduled the appointment for the following morning. The field service technician Kermit, was polite, put shoe covers on and explained to me everything that may be going on. On Sunday afternoon our hot water heater started leaking. We called Sunshine Plumbing on Sunday and was immediately called back and advised that someone would be there the next morning. I found my self and family with no heat at our house , I called sunshine plumbing and heating to come out and give a est . 1st thing is the field rep that cam out was very nice and very knowledgeable about the system we had . He performed a full evaluation of our heater and provided a complete est. Im going thru and home owners claim and the details on the est wasn't just clear enough for the insurance comp. I then called the office and spoke to Danni . she was very help full and taken care of the needs . all in all a outstanding company .
