William was prompt, professional and personable. He explained everything in detail as he performed the inspections and cleaning services. He made recommendations but was not pushy in his approach. As someone who is not very "handy", I felt very comfortable with William. He made sure I understood all aspects of the service. He was very clear in explaining exactly why we needed a new flange (we didn't have one on the old toilet) and why we needed a new pipe (ours was rusted and did not match modern flanges). Start to finish here is a guy who does first class work and who'd imagine is also very tech savvy. Always prompt and on time. More important is the high quality work. I've had William work on three different needs over the last 6 months and never had a problem. VWilliam arrived at the appointed time. We went over order and he gave me any additional costs up front. He performed the job with great efficiency.He asked if I wanted my water heater checked. I am so glad he did, as it needed the anode rod replaced. I'm sure that extended the life of the heater.He called the next day to see that everything was working correctly. William the owner kept me informed of his arrival time and called when he had to delay it by 30 minutes. He was friendly and very precise. When he arrived his primary objective was to make sure we were "on the same page" as to the services he was going to perform which were to remove the old toilet and replace it with a new one. In the middle of the discussion I mentioned a dishwasher issue and a disposal issue and before he went to get started on the toilet he said, "Let's have a look." Well, I was surprised when he found two immediate problems: The hose to the dishwasher was too level and the disposal wasn't latched properly so-- he fixed them- right then and there and are you ready--- NO CHARGE. William is proud of his work and was very intent on making sure we were happy. We were elated. William is an example of what small businesses often have that large companies don't - Heart caring and an ability to go the extra mile to win a new customer's loyalty. It worked. This way I know what I'm going to spend and it shows he does this so often that he has set rates. He sent me his invoice via email instead of paper, which is great because you'll always have record of the job and it doesn't waste any paper. William was punctual and professional. I originally had him coming out just to do a "tune up" on two of my toilets, but decided at the last minute to replace the toilet in the guest bath as well. He arrived on time, gave me coherent advice about how to deal with the two "tune up" toilets, and was able to install my new guest bath toilet even though I had not told him ahead of time that it was on the agenda. This is the second time I used William at Sunshine, and I am very satisfied. The first time I called about a leaky kitchen sink, which needed special cartridges. William explained the pricing on parts, and came back the next day to fix the sink without charging for an extra house call. The second time I had them out for the toilet tune-up, which was completed in less than 30 minutes, and William checked a second toilet as a courtesy. William F. 06/23/12 |

I will use this company again. William did a good job and I'm very happy. I'm especially happy that the charge was so reasonable. There were no extra charges. I'll use this company again. In the past, less than a year ago, I needed a flapper on another toilet. I called a different company and they insisted that they had to replace the entire inside of the less than 5 year old toilet. I knew it was just the flapper, I'm not stupid, but he showed me the rate book and said I had 2 choices. A partial rebuild or a full rebuild. It cost me $320.00!!! And he had agreed that it was just the flapper. He also said I needed some drain stuff to put in my drains. It was supposed to make bacteria grow that would destroy any clogs. He charged $60 for it. I've since found out that it costs $8 and right now there's a coupon for an $8 rebate so it's free. William F. 06/11/12 |

Fabulously. We called on a holiday-weekend Friday evening around 6:00p. William was there within 45 minutes. Told us what was wrong and what it would take to fix it.
