Brett and sunshine plumbing and heating came out to service my tankless hot water heater. He was very professional. He put boot covers on as to not track dirt on my carpet very much appreciated that. Frank was awesome, had great discussion to review all options. Looking at ways to save consumer money is nice versus just coming in with large quotes. First experience....although only on initial startup but if this is any indication I have a really good feeling the start to end will be a great and quality experience. James R helped us with a leaky pipe in our basement. He diagnosed the problem immediately (and correctly). We have used Sunshine in the past, but it had been awhile. We had them come out to fix a clogged disposal. Jeff was great. Fixed the issue and advised us about how NOT to use the disposal. At the same time we also had Roberto come over to talk to us about an annual contract for maintenance of our HVAC and plumbing systems. We signed up the same day and Jeff completed the full house plumbing checkup while he was there fixing the clogged drain. Roberto helped us with our whole house humidifier that we didn't have on the correct settings and advised us how best to set it going forward. Great team of people. The staff at Sunshine was great. Our hot water heater replacement was a little tricky because of the placement of our hot water heater, and we also needed some work on our water main to bring our plumbing up to code. Both the technician who came by to give us the quote, and the technician who ended up completing the job, were fast, clean, personable, and extremely fastidious. They also talked me out of purchasing a much more expensive tankless hot water heater unit, and any time a company talks you into a cheaper product because they know it will be a better fit, that really speaks highly of their integrity. The service tech left without performing any work or repairs, and without calling me. Emailed estimates came hours later. Invoice is confusing. Looks like he did something but I don't think he did. Called sunshine at 930 am and they quoted a 12-2 arrival window. THEN they called back at 11 to see if an earlier arrival would work. Jeff was incredibly professional and attended to all of our concerns. I was not at the property, but he called every hour or so to update on progress. I have just been delighted with the Sunshine all around. They installed a new furnace and water heater. They also fixed the plumbing for my main drainage system in the house, fixed the kitchen sink, and ran plumbing for a new utility/laundry room. They have been attentive and helpful in so many ways. The two technicians, Brett and Mike, went above and beyond to make the plumbing perfect. We called Sunshine Plumbing Heating late last Friday the 16th, we needed a new water heater. The plumber that usually works was already booked for Saturday, so the office called another technician that just happened to be Jason to see if he wanted to work on Saturday. We were told that Jason would be to our house between 10-11 and he was right on time at 10 a.m. Jason performed an inspection of our plumbing, which he was very informative and explained everything he was doing. After the inspection he installed our water heater, Jason was very clean with his work and he cleaned up all his material, tools and took the old water heater to dispose of. After the install Sunshine registered our new water heater for our warranty. Sunshine also installed a A/C unit for us last year. Michael did a wonderful job helping us with not having Hot Water. He explained what the problem was and contacted the manufacturer technical support to discuss with them and get the part needed sent overnight. As soon as the part arrived, Michael came within an hour, fixed our water heater and we happily had Hot Water again.
