I realized my heater was not working late at night on a weekend. I called Sunshine first thing the next day and they were able to get Paul out that day. Paul was great! Sunshine Plumbing/Heating, is a great company who treated me exceptionally well. I was without heat for about two weeks and the suppled me room heaters to keep my family warm. Frank, the technician, and William, were able to get the furnace working, just before our snow storm we had this weekend !!

Fast friendly service. Brady arrived right on time. Diagnosed our issue and determined the fix. Was finished within 30 minutes. In addition, Brady was friendly and when he learned we were also in the market for a new furnace he looked at our furnace. Two of my toilets have been hissing for a while, and my new water bill was outrageous, so I called Sunshine Plumbing. They were fantastic! They came out within a day of calling, they emailed and texted me with appointment information and a bio on the technician, and the technician himself (Jason F.) was very nice and explained the issues and gave me multiple options. He was able to fix everything the same day. Plus they have a two-year warranty. These services were not cheap - they never are - but if I'm going to pay that much, I'm glad it was for a good company. I contacted Sunshine Plumbing and Heating to install shower and tub valves and faucets, because the contractor I had hired, no longer wanted to do the work. Sunshine was able to send someone out the very next work day. I received both E-mail and telephone notices pertaining to the appointment. James, the technician, arrived as scheduled and went right to work with the installation. He thoroughly explained everything to me and expertly answered all my questions. What appeared to be a great deal of work, James completed in a short duration. Perfect. I had furnace problems in cold weather just before the Holidays and determined that it was old and worn out (24 years old) and needed to be replaced. Paul, the technician seemed like a real expert and from the best of my knowledge did good work and was very pleasant. (I might mention that the furnace is in a crawl space and it was very cold). Office arrangements timeliness, and communications were great. I did not get other bids, as it was cold and I needed work done fairly quickly, but I think the price was at least fair and the service was above average. Kermit was great at explaining everything very thoroughly and answered all my questions without making me feel it was stupid to ask. He made a special trip to get our part for our furnace so it would be warm until the new furnace got here. Not too happy. It took 3 plumbers to figure out why my kitchen sink kept backing up. When the 3rd guy figured it out, he didn't take much care to what would happen when he cut open the pipe. It was clear to me immediately that he prides himself not only in doing a stellar job, but also in educating the homeowner on exactly what the issues are and what needs to be done. I had a very good experience with Sunshine Plumbing Heating and Air. Roberto, their technician, called in advance to let me know he would arrive within the hour. He did a complete furnace inspection and reported no problems except the filter I bought was the wrong size. He took pictures and explained to me how to install the filter once I purchased the right one.
