We choose Sunset Air to replace our orginal A/C unit which was not working. Since it has been replaced we have been very happy the A/C keeps us cool & it is energy efficient keeping the power bills down. The initial service done----with one more to go----for the annual Service Contract which cost $189.00 All went smoothly. I asked the techs to not only clean the filters----but also to vacuum the air inlet grates which become unsightly with dust. He did a good job with all of that. I supplied my Dyson vacuum cleaner---which is what I use when I do this same task. We have four intake grates---two small----two large. For me---when I do the filter cleaning and/or replacement---I use some paper towels and some Glass Plus to get the intake grates looking clean and spiffy! AJ S., Maggie C. 05/29/21 |

Please be advised that Ryan did an excellent job. Our A/C, although only two years old, was not performing like it should and Ryan sorted it right out. Andrew answered all A/C heating and thermostat questions from me and my wife. He did a thorough job of checking our air conditioning system and flushing the line. Cody worked extremely hard to find and fix the problem we were having with our semi-functioning ac. He kept us informed throughout the job so that we knew what was going on and what to expect. I've had Sunset A/C as the company that I've purchased 2 A/C systems from since around 2005 or 2006, first at my condo & more recently at my house & am quite satisfied with the quality of their service & the integrity of the company. They have also performed all the maintenance. Pricing is fair & the work is reliable & honest. I was kept informed as to when Tom would arrive.
