On March 4, Grant Womack from Sunset Air performed the scheduled maintenance on my two Air Conditioners and as usual he was on time and did a good job. I have used Sunset Air for many years and I was always pleased with their service and I never had any complaints.

Sunset Air has maintained our 2 AC units and pool heater for 2 years now. We've lived in SW FL for over 7 years now and have had 2 previous AC companies perform maintenance. We weren't satisfied with either and went with Sunset on the recommendation of a friend in the construction industry. The technicians are consistently professional and thorough. Jon Z. performed our most recent service. We have whole house filters, which only need changing annually, so he completed the rest of the maintenance by thoroughly cleaning the coils and units. Ryan did a great job in the sales cycle for our A/C system total replacement, presented all the options, answered my many questions, and was very responsive. Pricing was competitive with others. We had two new Trane system and redid a fair amount of our duct work. The Sunset Team was outstanding, from Ryan who spent hours with me crawling through the attic and did a detailed proposal, to the install team that was at our house for two solid days and did excellent work, the service tech. that came out and handled the final start up adjustments and of course Lydia who was so organized in coordinating the install and warranty paperwork. I HAVE HAD A PIECE OF ALUMINUM TAPE ON THE BACK TOP OF MY UNIT THAT RYAN PUT THERE TEN YEARS AGO. IT WAS PUT THERE TO QUIET A VIBRATION THAT WAS VERY LOUD. IT IS NOW IN SHREDS AND THE NOISE IS BACK. WOULD IT BE ASKING TOO MUCH TO HAVE IT REPLACED ? ALSO,THE THERMOSTAT WIRE JACKET IS TORN WHERE IT IS EXPOSED AT THE RIGHT FRONT OF THE UNIT..THIS COULD POSSIBLY CAUSE A FAILURE IN OPERATIONS IF I SAW THIS STUFF WHY CAN'T YOUR TECHS SEE IT AND REMEDY THE PROBLEMS? Both Tyler E and Cody exchanged my handler coil in a professional manner, and then preformed the gas charging process to restore my system back to Mfg Specs and top performance. I contacted Sunset Air to setup a yearly maintenance plan. Tyler E. And his associate Andrew arrived on time. Tyler was very informative about the process and patiently answered all my questions.
