This is the worst wed site for a review I ever tried to use
Make it simple as you want it and I will give it but at the amout of time you need to pay me for my time
Schedule Lady was helpful, and Gailey tenchician was efficent and fat
You need to fis the 5 to 6 week wait period for service that it took get someone here. had mold.
I buy a service and pay in advance i have been cusomer of yours for at least 15 years or more.
I request to schedule next service NOW and when your tech was here he said I had to wait to 3 weeks in advance

Just had my AC system replaced by Sunset Air. Matt was the lead installer. All work was completed as specified in the agreement. Arrived at 8:30am and work was completed at 2pm. Everything was clean and complete when they left. They even patched the existing screw holes from my existing thermostat/humidistat after replacing with a new single unit thermostat.

Our HVAC system broke down several days before Christmas. Matt S. was the lead installer on our job which occurred on Christmas Eve day. Fortunately, Sunset Air scheduled two install teams to help with a timely installation process. Matt oversaw his double crew and finished the job in half day’s work. Equipment usage was explained to us and questions were answered. The crew cleaned everything and even swept the floor when finished. Matt was professional and knowledge and valued us as customers. His crews were the same.
Three days prior to this installation, we had a Sunset Air service tech come out to examine our broken system. Aliston R. explained his findings and offered several options. He, too, was genuine, thorough, and knowledgeable.
