Sunset Air did a great job with the new system in our condo. We approached them prior to closing and they were able to install within the first week we owned it. They took care of all of the permits and approvals prior to getting the work done, and were even mindful about pulling the permits so it didn’t interfere with our title work.

Kaylynn L. Dispatcher Sunset Air Naples: Kaylynn handled the service call process very friendly and efficiently, from the initial service request to providing priory identifying who our Service Technician Thomas W coming to our home.
Thomas W. Service Technician Sunset Air Naples: Thomas was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. He showed respect for our health and safety by adhering to Covid – 19 protocols. Thomas also was patient in answering our many questions on how the AC system operated.
I realize that these two are supported by many others but my impression of the quality of a company is mostly based on the people that I encounter and reviews of the company. . I chose Sunset air for these reasons and my past 6 years of experience with Sunset Air.

Kudos to Sunset Air and their weekend guy, Tyler. We called late Saturday evening with our air conditioner not working in our SW Florida home. Tyler was at our home early Sunday morning and fixed the initial problem. He left and all was working. Later that day, we called again saying that our air unit just didn't seem to be cooling our home. Tyler returned immediately and fixed yet a second problem with our air unit. I'm so glad that our home inspector recommended Sunset Air when we had our AC checked before we purchased our condo! They have been very good about explaining everything in terms we understand and getting our work done in a timely and efficient manner. Sunset Air is the BEST. I just had my 6 month service and once again I got Sagar to preform the service. He call prior to arrival and on time. He came in a mask and had booties and looking professional at that. He once again when through the whole system and answered all my question and completed the job in a timely manner. Great job as always by the Sunset Air team. Would highly recommend. We bought a new condo and the old system was not up to code and was leaking coolant. Grant personally came out every week until our new system could be installed and put coolant in the system even knowing that it would only hold it for 1 week at a time.
