New Customer: Sunset was one of three companies I requested to quote a new system. Ryan L., the representative, Technician Manager, was very informative, answered all of my questions, and even made several suggestions on how to improve the set up in my home (none of the other quoting companies did this). He worked with me to find the right system. Lydia was very quick and responsive to the contracting paperwork. Matt and Jake, the installers were prompt, professional, did their work on schedule, instructed me on the new system. Shelbi in the office is also polite and professional. From the first interaction with Grant, to Robert coming and installing - this was an outstanding experience. They replaced the complete system and installed a new thermostat. After servicing the existing 30 year old equipment, I was informed that the tech could no longer "save" my A/C. The quote was sent to me by the next day and once I had agreed and signed, the scheduling was agreed upon and they arrived on the day, completed the install within a reasonable amount of time, cleaned up after themselves and left me a very satisfied and happy customer. Anyone that complains about this company is a "CRACK POT"...from day one they have been sooo professional ! I talked to many different HVAC companies here in Florida and if they think you are a senior they think you are stupid ! Again these team members at this company actually make you feel as if they know you forever and the workmenship and communication is by far the best of any jobber I have used in the state of Florida! I would recommend this Company to all ! I spent a little more than some of the other companies quoted...BUT the equipment that was installed was far superior to a cheap version of one might think is a major brand...And the GREAT service and GREAT communication continues after the Sale and Instal !! I recently had my ac replaced by Sunset Air Conditioning. I chose them because they installed the original system and it lasted 14 years and Ryan Lane the service manager was honest and professional when he gave me the estimate. Lydia was very helpful in coordinating the installation and I knew exactly how it would happen. Matt and Jake were my installers and I can't say enough about good they are at their job. Sunset HVAC company is extremely professional, they installed our HVAC system in our new home about 2years ago . We presently have a yearly maintenance contract with them. recent recent visit the tech was extremely knowledgeable, professional and adhere to Covid precautions. Sunset Air installed the original HVAC unit when the house was built. We retained their services from that point onward. In 2019, they replaced they original unit (it turned out to be "bottom of the barrel" contractor grade).
They always adhere to their servicing schedule, they are on-time, they are professional and friendly.

Sunset Air installed all new A/C and ductwork for us a couple years ago. We also have a maintenance contract with them. We’ve had some glitches with the new system and they have responded promptly and professionally. The technicians are all very nice and they do a thorough job each time.
