They identified issues but gave me a temporary solution while I made a decision as to what I wanted them to do. I appreciate Sunset Air sending Christopher S, out to us so late in the day. I was on the road in Central FL when my wife called and said the master bedroom A/C wasn't working, but I couldn't be much help. Told her to call Sunset Air. They sent Christopher S. to us within an hour,he quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain, flushed it out good, and we were up and running. Great response!!! Christopher S. 08/28/20 |

We had two completely new AC systems installed at our house, and all of the staff have been professional, courteous and helpful. Both systems are running very well. The installation process was well organized and went according to plan. When looking at equipment options, we thought they were fair and honest about the pros and cons. One year later, Chris and Garrell came out to do regular maintenance, and they were great. Both wore masks and booties, seemed to do a thorough job with inspecting and maintaining the systems which are both running great. We signed for their service agreement. Christopher S. 08/28/20 |

Tyler the service tech represented his company well. He was not on time - he was 45 min early. He did an excellent job with the maintenance of the unit that Sunset put in a couple of years ago. We are writing this email to say how pleased we are with Sunset Air. When I called the office on Friday with a concern about our smaller A/C unit, Kaylynn were both courteous and very helpful in setting up a Monday morning appointment with the technician we requested, Grant. Grant arrived promptly at our home this morning and performed our semi-annual inspection/service for both A/C units as well as thoroughly examining the cause for the issue that led to our call to the office on Friday. Happily, that leak was not a major problem, and Grant resolved it quickly and answered all our questions in an easy-to-understand way. Grant is both efficient and knowledgeable, and each time he has been to our home we have found him to be friendly and respectful. Thank you, Grant.... Sunset is the best for HVAC service. I asked about UV lighting for whole house application, Sunset provided me a few links and suggested two products. Sunset suggested one of the two products for being a better choice for my whole house application. In 4 yrs of having Sunset handle my HVAC, I have always had an excellent experience.
