My service technician arrived with mask and gloves and shoe booties which made me comfortable with the pandemic. He completed the A/C service and gave particular attention to a dirty area inside the A/C which he rinsed and brushed down and vacuumed up. He took his time and I felt he did an extraordinary job. Evan, Jake & Jacob replaced the ductwork in our hot attic, working in very tight spaces. They worked throughout the day, without taking any breaks or lunch to get the job done ASAP. I know they were exhausted by day's end but regardless, they were diligent, polite and professional. Can't say enough good things about them. And the same for Mark, their supervisor, and Aliston, both of whom have been endlessly patient with our questions and helpful with advice & suggestions.
