12/27 I noticed my furnance was only putting out cool not warm air and it ran continually. It was set on 70 and at best it was 65-67 degrees in my home. I was going to work and would be working 3 out of 4-12 hour shifts. They were so flexible with my schedule and my day off. Mike V came out 12/28 and serviced my unit. it was recommended that the circuit board and pressure switch be replaced. neither were the problem. the pressure switch has a manual reset button that needed to be pressed. that's all. system worked fine after resetting pressure switch. 12/22/16 |

My overall experience with Rhymes was a 10 out of 10! First of all the office staff, Darren N., went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule so that the technician would be able to come out to my home the same day. Darren was extremely professional and helpful! I greatly appreciated his genuine effort during a time when I needed it most. Secondly, the technician who came to my home, Adam B., gave me a heads up warning call (which I appreciated) and arrived promptly. He was very knowledgeable and performed efficient and expert service. I greatly appreciated him taking the time to offer insightful advice and even show me a few pointers about my specific furnace and thermostat. I have a rental property and my tenant had the gas shut off unbeknownst to me. When I had Laclede Gas out to turn it back on, they discovered a problem with my furnace that needed attention before I could turn it on. The temperatures were getting down to the freezing mark so I needed heat. I called Rhymes at 5pm that evening and they sent someone out the very next day!
