I had service technician Mike come out from Rhymes heating and cooling. He was very professional and directed his attention to my concerns. After resolving and checking my system, he answered all my other questions as well providing me guidance on future expectations of my specific system, options for system performance updates, and advice on how to handle when would be the best time to focus on my needs. He pointed out a service plan that was very helpful for system maintenance as well. Best part is I can have him come back next time. I'm A first time customer. I first talked to Stephen Ryan. I liked the way he handled himself. I walked away with all my questions answered. I signed up for their peace of mind service program at a very reasonable price. Adam called to let me know he was on his way. He showed up during the time promised. I stayed with him as he did the clean and check on my ac unit and did some testing at the furnace. He answered all my questions and I had a lot. He was very professional and friendly. Rhymes Heating and Cooling Two years ago the gentleman whom had been my heating and cooling repairman suffered a heart attack and retired. For twenty-five years I depended on him to keep up the efficiency of my system. When I asked for a referral for another company he would not give me one because of my insistence of perfection. On my drive to work one morning I had to take a detour and passed Rhymes' building. I immediately thought that they would be the next company to keep my system running. What a great decision. Adam B. has been the tech assigned to me and what an outstanding young man. On time, fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our service professional has been "Mike V." who is the epitome of professionalism, customer service, and courtesy......we couldn't be more proud to be members of Mike's Jefferson County fan club! "If" for whatever reason Mike is not available when we are in need of service, we, without hesitation, WILL wait until Mike, and ONLY Mike, becomes available! It's worth waiting for THE BEST!

During the night, our heating system stopped working. We became aware of this when it became very chilly in the early hours. I contacted Rhymes Heating and Cooling as soon as they were open. The contact person there, Darren, was extremely helpful. He helped solve the problem over the phone, saving us the time and expense of a service call. I did not know that the thermostat was powered by batteries, now was I aware that the system will not work when the batteries fail. Thanks to Darren and Rhymes, we are trouble free.
