I was very satisfied with Rhymes. I am not usually home during the day which makes it difficult to make an appointment. The person scheduling suggested that I can request to be the last appointment of the day. The technician called in advance letting me know what time he was to arrive which gave me plenty of time to get home so I didn’t miss the appointment. Their efforts were much appreciated. I have been a customer for years. You have installed a new Furnace,two A/C units and dozens of year end service calls. I tried to make an appointment early in Nov but could only get the 29th. I tried to to get a later date but could only get the end of Dec which I could not book because of other commitments.The person on the phone had only one thing to say.Do just want to cancel the Nov date or not.I am glad that busy is very good for you but not giving consideration to old customer should be a real problem. So take me off your customer list and rest assured that I will not be able to recommend your service to anyone.There will come a time when you are not to busy to take of old customers. If you're looking for a new furnace or air conditioner or just someone to service your existing unit, you can't go wrong choosing Rhymes on Gravois. They are always quick to come to my aid and the service is always done with a smile. Frank has been my service man for several years and I couldn't ask for a more polite, trustworthy person to come to my home. Being that over my lifetime, I have dealt with many so-called professional businesses, and contractors that were absolutely unprofessional, who did shoddy workmanship, and whose employees have been downright disrespectful and rude, I feel obliged to take time out of my busy schedule to commend Rhymes Heating and Cooling for their top-notch service. The entire process of replacing an entire heating and cooling system was simple and straightforward from the 1st service call to discussing my options with their sales rep, and dealing with the friendly staff when calling the office with questions and concerns. This company obviously cares about their name and reputation, and you can sense you're dealing with reputable honest people who do what they say. An entire heating and cooling system is a major investment, and I felt perfectly comfortable purchasing my system from Rhymes, and they exceeded all my expectations. Being that I'm a bit obsessive-compulsive, I am very much a perfectionist about the slightest details, and the system was installed beautifully. It was like looking at brand new Cadillac. Every detail was perfect, and Rhymes fulfilled their promise to replace anything they deemed necessary at no additional cost from the original quote. The crew that that came to my house were all friendly and polite and their installer *** was fantastic and a true tradesman that obviously takes pride in his work, and not only did everything look nice, my basement floor was the cleanest I’ve ever seen it in 18 years living here. Twenty years ago I called an air conditioning company and was told by that my problem could not be fixed, that I needed a whole new system. I thanked them and called Rhymes for a second opinion. The Rhymes serviceman fixed the problem in about 15 minutes....and the system ran for the next 20 years until I had a recent problem.
