We are very glad that we contacted the Rhymes team when our A/C went out on us last night. We did not request emergency service, and a Rhymes technician (Frank R.) was at our house at 10:30 A.M. today. Long story short our A/C problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly and efficiently. From the very first call we made last night through the repair work this morning, we spoke with a total of four Rhymes team members who were all very courteous and professional. Our technician, Frank, explained the parts that needed replacing an how each one was part of the problem. Furnace in a rental house stopped working on a Friday evening. Found Rhymes Heating and Cooling on Angie's list. Their estimator came out on Saturday (his day off) to provide me an estimate of a suitable furnace for the house. They were able to fit me into their Monday schedule for installation. Rhymes has been our "go-to" company for a long time now and I won't be changing that any time soon. Every single time they have been called, they are always quick to respond, friendly, compassionate and their work is impeccable. Recently I had to have a new gas line run and Ron S did a superb job in a short period of time. They came in almost $400 less than estimate because of the hard work Ron put in. When Laclede Gas came out to turn the gas back on, they remarked about the really great job that Rhymes did. I have been using Rhymes to service my air conditioner and furnace for many years. They are always respond quickly and are very friendly and professional. I am always given an accurate time frame when the tech will arrive and they always call approximately 15 minutes to their arrival to give me a heads up. Services to be provided are always given upfront, along with the cost, so there is no guesswork on my part. I have never had a problem with anything being forced on me or being told work was needed that was not in fact required. I used to work for a commercial heating and cooling company and they recommended Rhymes for all their residential queries. So when I needed a new furnace i took my boss's advice and called Rhymes. They installed a new furnace and central air in 2001. I have always used their Peace of Mind contract and they have been consistently knowledgable, professional, and friendly. Been using this company since I purchased my home in 2008. I renew their annual PM contract for $140 to include preventive maintenance and cleaning one time in the spring and in the fall. They help spot potential parts of the equipment that are wearing down and coordinate replacing with the PM reducing costs in labor as well.
