Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service I received from Missionphc. The two techs I had Gary and Tom were very professional. They were here when they said they would be here. My first experience with Mission PHC was a positive one. I had a water leak under my bathroom sink. It became a more complicated situation because of older plumbing fixtures and pipes. The plumber sent out was Mike Carter. He was able to tackle all the issues that arose during the course of the repair work. Thanks to his experience and expertise he dealt with all the challenges in a very professional and courteous manner. I can't say enough about the quality of his performance. We had a horrible situation this weekend where our gas was shut off by the gas company due to a small gas leak which they could not find. I first called Adam who gave me advice over the phone and even called later that day to check on me when he could not help that day. They came first thing on Monday and fixed everything promptly and professionally. Kevin was extremely professional, straight forward and friendly. He did the work quickly and left everything as he found it. He wore shoe covers and even used a towel to wipe up the floor since it was snowing. Mike J & Gabe W came to my house to fix a problem with the furnace not coming on. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem, and made quick work of the fix. He’s easy to talk to and answered all my questions explaining things in a way I could understand—neither talking “up” nor “down” to me like so many repair people do.
