I had a great experience with MSP Plumbing again. Making the appointment was easy and Mike called within the time frame I requested and was very professional in his work. He explained all charges to me prior to installing a new disposal and did the work in an expeditious manner and made sure every thing was as clean when he left as before he started his work. My furnance had been acting up so I submitted a request online on Mpls St Paul Plumbing & Heating's web page. They called me within 5 minutes to schedule an appointment. They said they could have someone out the next morning at 930 am & they did. Brian A. was the service expert who came to my home. He was on time, polite, he explained all my options & let me ask a million questions. I decided to replace my furnace as it was more cost effective to do so, Brian had everything set up for the installation the next morning. We had to go without heat for the night. Not only did he provide my children & I with space heathers for the night, he also got my fireplace going for me. The install the next day was seamless as well & done in the time frame they promised. This was not the best time to have my furnace go out, but Brian A. made the process a much easier pill to swallow. All of the Service Experts from Minneapolis St. Paul Plumbing, Heating & Air were very polite, on time (even early), and knew what they were doing. Thomas E. was a great person to have at my house during a furnace breakdown, as he was sensitive to the emotional side that comes with the unexpected. Josh and Josh were early for my new furnace installation, which I found very impressive since I then did not have to worry about making it to work on time. My day was not interrupted by the install at all. Drew P came to my house the same night as the install and showed me all of the parts of the new furnace. Brian A came by to check my humidifier and was able to get it running properly in a very short amount of time. I recommend this company for busy, working people who need to get the job done right without much interruption in their life. Each time I have spoken to someone in the office/dispatch, they have been beyond courteous. I feel like all of the professionals were client focused. Great work! Brian A. 03/10/15 |

If it went thru, I did this yesterday thru the Better Business site. Jeremy Petersen did a great job laying out options and costs for repairs. Joe Glass & Nick did excellent work -- under some difficult to get at circumstances. All plumbing is working great, and the fellows were very pleasant to have here for the 2 days the job took.

Joe Glass was here for 2 full days. There was a lot of intricate, not-so-easy plumbing work to be done on this old house. Two weeks later, everything is working great!--no leaks--we're happy.
He made sure that we had water, etc., overnight. And he and Nick cleaned up everything so well! You don't always get that from just anybody.

Jeremy Peterson inspected our plumbing difficulties, explained what could be done and was generally a fine person to work with. He drew up our contract for repairs (it had been 25 years since we had major work done!) so there was a LOT to do. He ordered up the parts and everything. Chris was personable, professional and did a fine job of explaining to me what the "positive and negative" conditions were for my furnace, and options to deal with the "negative" items. I had a standard re-check of my furnace with Thomas E and he was great as well as patient with my questions regarding water going into the system and how the radiators are affected. I have a 101 year old home that has many mysteries, but my furnace isn't one of them thanks to these guys. Jeremy was the initial guy I worked with last year and he was equally as efficient and friendly. I have worked with many contractors all summer and as a single woman had some difficulties with extremes messes and men acting badly. It was so refreshing to work with these people who knew what to do, went right to it, and were respectful throughout the whole process. They also were there right on time. They were also very nice to my cats who were snooping around doing acrobatics the whole time. Personable, clean, friendly, efficient. Thanks! I worked with Jeremy and Thomas E over the past two service repairs and checks. Both guys were memorable because they were pleasant, smart, efficient, friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing and how my radiators function, etc in my very old home. this matters because many women are used to being treated in a dismissive manner with contractors and then paying for it. We just had Minneapolis Saint Paul Plumbing put in a furnace and hot water heater. They were all very friendly and very helpful with are the installations that they put in. Explaining everything when asked so we could understand what everything was for. Starting with Don L. and him explaining all the different options we could go with. Great salesman. And right down to Joshua B.who was the last here to finish. All were very professional and cared that we got what we needed..........Great service.......Will let anyone else who needs their service to give them a call.
